A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Aqui encontra o Rio Alvoco, que pela configuração das montanhas (em forma de vale), tem águas límpidas e com temperaturas agradáveis a banhos no verão. No inverno pode desfrutar da sua beleza e harmonia. A aldeia fica a cerca de 30m de carro da Torre (ponto mais alto da Serra da Estrela), 30m de Seia e 40m da Covilhã.

Hey Everybody! We are happy to invite you to stay in our Cozy TinyHouse! Come and enjoy the green and virgin nature of the countryside of Central Portugal. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.

Uitzicht op de hoogste bergtoppen van Portugal (Serra da Estrela). Het chalet staat op een eigen ruime kavel, omzoomd door wijnstokken. Zon- en schaduwplekken. The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
