We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). The house where we stayed is in great condition, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super nice, he responded super fast to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. We recommend the house to everyone, as well as the host :) thank you for everything Mattia!

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very spacious balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so that passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but that does not bother you inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

First of all a HUGE thank you to the Hosts for their investment in making sure my husband and I were comfortable and looked after. From the welcome breakfast and snacks in the fridge to the communication each day to ensure we were ok to my birthday well wishes. What great hosts. We appreciate you. The accommodation was spotless and I did not want to leave. From I can walk on the floor with bare feet you know it’s clean. The place had a sweet smell throughout. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathroom we did not need to bring towels or shower gel. The area was peaceful and had shops near by where we could get anything we needed also restaurants were nearby. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Pietro and Francesca.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

The cleanest flat we have ever been. This is an amazing place to stay, and it was impressive how clean the apartment was. We felt like kings. Strongly recommend. The host was super nice and friendly with ready recommendations. Amazing!!! Also the beds were very good for sleep and the kitchen had everything you need. Beautiful balcony and there is place to park your car.

Great and centrally located apartment for family or group. Great view from the rooftop terrace and super clean. The low ceiling height in the 3rd bedroom and access to the terrace only in a stooped position is unfortunately not mentioned. Not even a salt shaker in the kitchen... But you can live with that. Supermarket around the corner. Great value for the money!! We would love to vacation there again at any time.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Giulio was a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on and led us to some great meals. We also booked a boat ride through his boating company, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

We had a pleasant stay, in a very well-equipped house with stunning views of the city of Brescia. Massimo is a very welcoming, available and discreet host. The environment is fantastic for recharging and enjoying nature. The little extras: mosquito nets on the doors/windows, and a cat that came to say hello to us every day :)

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.
