Bring the whole family to this lovely house with lots of room for fun. One-story house, space for 4 vehicles, barbecue, swimming pool with solar heating and fenced for children's safety, all rooms have air-conditioning, new appliances, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher for 10 place settings. You can hear the sea, and it is 1 block from the beach. Supermarket, restaurant and ice cream parlor are very close. We are just over 1.5 hours from Curitiba and 15 minutes to the MEL Island ferry

Well-located, simple and cozy house, on a paved street, just five blocks from the beach (+or- 400 meters) and close to shops (pizzeria, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, supermarket, beverage distributor, among others). We are just over an hour from Curitiba, just 15 minutes from the boarding terminal for Ilha do Mel, and less than 5 minutes from the Marisol Event Center, where the Verão Maior Paraná shows take place in Pontal do Paraná.
