We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. 8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

Very worth the price!! The place was so nice and cozy. I love how it was designed and made to accommodate people without compromising the convenience and comfort of the people who will stay in the place. Clean and very homey! Highly recommended.

The unit is superb! Very clean, well-maintained. Supplies are abundant. It is a great value for money. The hosts Fedelita and Bea are very responsive and accommodating to requests such as early check-in/ out. Always communicating should we need anything. At the time of our stay, we booked three units in 38th Park, Fedelita & Bea’s place was the best of the three. Response time is excellent! Would definitely book this unit the next time we need to be in IT park in Cebu.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very affordable and truly feels like a home away from home. It’s clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

This place to stay really felt very safe and comfortable, but only one key was provided which would have been a bit more troublesome for multiple people to act separately, but later the front desk was also very thoughtful, and the host couple made it feel like a home away from home.

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

Claire was super responsive and nice when I have queries. I travelled with my mom and her siblings for vacation and the place is a great location - everything is walking distance. Overall enjoyed the stay and will definitely be looking forward to our next stay with Claire!

The unit was very much worth what we paid for. We had an event at Dusit Hotel and it was very convenient to stay at Jehan's place. Jehan also communicated with us well and clear. Although the internet didn't work during our stay, we will still definitely consider booking this unit the next time we're at Mactan. Overall, we are satisfied customers.

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

Location and quality is worth the price

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Jefax's place is in a great location—close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7/11, which made it super convenient for quick meals and coffee. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we hoped, and the sink drain had a small leak. Despite these minor issues, the price was very affordable, so it was still a decent stay overall!

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Very responsive, that's what I really appreciated. It was easy to coordinate with Andy. The place was spacious. Internet was great & place was comfortable.

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Nice place to stay and highly recommended to the other guests. Host and Co Host are responsive all the time when needed and the place was describe as what on the Airbnb platform.
