Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Carlton

Was lucky to snag this place so close to the long weekend. Beautiful location right on the river and far enough away from any neighbors and the road that it feels like you are all by yourself. Well stocked kitchen and good water pressure/hot water. We were also successful in catching a couple of trout! Hope to be back soon.

This was a really terrific stay! Olivia thought of everything, communicated clearly and proactively, and made sure that this felt like a vacation ... there was no request for us to gather up garbage or towels at the end of our stay ( as many Airbnb hosts do now) as she assured us that would be taken care of for us. The home itself is lovely, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and we actually ate a couple of dinners " at home" and had everything we needed to prepare it. The house location is terrific as it was quiet and we enjoyed the yard but we also had a 3 minute walk into town where we could access restaurants, tasting rooms, the convenience store, and coffee in the mornings. (but also know that Olivia made sure that you'll have provisions for coffee with both the Keurig and French Press as well as tea options. Really a great stay from beginning to end!

We were visiting family in town and found this to be a great location Very roomy and comfortable We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the ping-pong. The barbecue grill was a great benefit.

Ruby was kind enough to let me use their place as my getting ready space for my wedding. we had a blast checking out the artwork. she made my wedding day super memorable. thank you!

This place was absolutely stunning. So well appointed. Very comfortable. We want to come back when we can stay longer. Beds and linens were great. Decor was inspiring. They thought of everything!

We absolutely loved Maison Monroe. Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free. The place itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the location; we were able to walk to lots of great restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay!

Very clean and super cute house. My husband, myself and my two teens loved it there. Had all the supplies we needed. The house is very walkable to breakfast spots and restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed all the flowers around. Master bed was very comfortable, had lots of pillows and lines to choose from. Place was easy to find, easy to get into to. Host friendly and responsive. Thank you

The house was a perfect balance of privacy for my adult kids with a nice common space for us. It was a great central location for us to walk around this beautiful town and enjoy its restaurants and other establishments. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place in Happy Valley, Oregon! Adrienne and his wife are such a sweet and welcoming couple—it truly felt great meeting them. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning balcony views and a refreshing breeze that made our time there extra special. The space was well-equipped with snacks and all the utensils we needed for dining, which was a thoughtful touch. When we requested it, they kindly helped us by setting up a portable air conditioning unit, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also baked and shared delicious muffins with us, which was so thoughtful and sweet—it really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful location, a cozy and well-maintained home, and such kind hosts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Happy Valley area!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Cute little place. The kitchen was just what I needed, as I was in town for a wedding and I was decorating the wedding cake! My most favorite thing was listening to the frogs at night, while falling asleep. I would recommend this place again and again !

A peaceful place with a lovely view and wonderful deck. I especially loved the redwing blackbirds singing in the field below.

Amazing Airbnb! The location is great- being close to the city yet having a bit more quiet. The owners are truly the best. They continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was consistently impressive, from my initial inquiry prior to booking all the tickets at through checkout. I was traveling with twin newborns & they were so helpful in setting my trip up for success. The Airbnb itself is thoughtfully arranged & more than you could ask for. Their back yard is AMAZING! Great open green space, camp fire area, dining & a great play set. We plan to be back soon! (: 10/10 would highly recommend!

Had a great time staying at Keith's beautiful and peaceful not alot of traffic so sleeping at night and waking up was nice I enjoyed the full kitchen and nice refrigerator and freezer bathroom was clean couch was comfortable TV was nice and everything was picked up and clean very walkable if you wanted to go to the store or just on a walk with other beautiful nature areas around grocery store if walking is probably 7-10 minutes away and grateful that he left some information and instructions by a lamp indicating what was nearby and close and how far away it was there are stairs you need to climb to go down and come back and get into the place tho I didn't think horrible and the bathtub is deep if you wanted to take a bath or just enjoy taking a hot shower like I did

Martin & Grace were kind and communicative throughout our stay. My friend and I particularly enjoyed the area as there were multiple bus stops within 3 blocks of walking, as well as restaurants, food trucks, and parks. The full kitchen available was quite nice with extremely acceptable pans and pots. The provided earl gray tea was remarkably good as well :). We found the wifi password pasted above the bed to be quite funny when we began wondering how to access it. Finally, the check in and out directions were easy and reasonable. Thank you again for the great stay!

Great location for walking on the waterfront and playing in the river. Brenda was wonderful with communication and was able to get a high chair and pack n play for our little one during our stay. Very comfortable beds and living space.

Phenomenal place to stay!! Easy access to downtown Portland and the highways, several good restaurants/bars within walking distance too. Willamette park being right across the street was great too, wish we could’ve stayed here longer! Will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in Portland, highly recommend to anyone.

I had great help from the hosts when I had trouble finding the building in the dark. Emily responded quickly to any questions. Overall this is a splendid apartment that sits close to a major park and bike path. Bus stops nearby provide excellent transportation to and from downtown.

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

The Airbnb itself was clean, spacious, and clearly well-maintained. You can tell the host has put a lot of effort into making the space feel welcoming, and they may still be in the process of improving it even more. One of the highlights was the beautiful river right out back—a peaceful bonus that added to the overall experience. While the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and there were quite a few transients around, it’s important to note that those issues are outside of the host’s control. Once inside, the space felt safe and comfortable. Parking could have been tricky, but the host provided clear and detailed instructions that made it easy to find. Overall, it was a solid stay with some nice touches in a developing area.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.

We enjoyed the large spaces, especially the living/dining/kitchen area. The dining table was ideal for board games, and it was nice that we could all sit comfortably in the living room. The bed linens were very soft, even though the beds themselves weren't as comfortable (for us -- very subjective). The master bath had some minor detritus in the tub from the skylight too, but everything else was spotless. All in all, we had a lovely time, and Mary Jean was thoughtful, respectful, and helpful.
