Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Carloforte

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, wir haben die Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer und grünem Garten sehr genossen und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam, trotzdem konnte man Läden und Restaurants schnell erreichen. Casa molto spaziosa arredata con cura e dotata di ogni confort per un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Molto bella la grande terrazza con vista mare, con un tavolo enorme per mangiare e fornita di lettini e poltroncine per prendere il sole o rilassarsi con vista dell'isola di San Pietro. Molto comodo il posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà. Portoscuso è un piccolo paese ma sono presenti ristoranti, due grandi supermercati, un'ottima gelateria ed alcuni negozi. In dieci giorni abbiamo visitato le stupende spiagge della zona giungendo fino a Piscinas, Porto Flavia, le isole di Sant'Antioco e San Pietro, la città di Iglesias. Il Sulcis è stata una bellissima scoperta; da consigliare. Paola ci ha accolto molto cordialmente, disponibile anche a lasciarci flessibilità negli orari di arrivo e partenza.

Alloggio perfetto per la nostra compagnia. Il fulcro della vacanza si è svolto sotto il porticato spazioso con una tavola immensa, un barbecue da 10 e una doccia all'aperto utilissima sotto un ulivo. La cosa più bella è che abbiamo trovato un nuovo Amico, il Sig. Alberto. Più che disponibile, si potrebbe definire il collante della compagnia. Grandi mangiate e racconti davanti a del buon vino. Melina et Rino nous ont très accueilli avec une corbeille de fruits et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. la maison de pêcheur est charmante et elle bien équipé. Un bar à Vinyle de 45 tour est proposé, l’idée est très sympa. Portoscuso est un joli village, très animés le soir et l’été. Une plage dans une crique romantique et pleine de charme où l’on peut se baigner. Merci à Melina et Rino pour ce très bon séjour . Marie Helene et Benoît

Francesca a été très acceuillante, le logement etait vraiment très bien équipé et très bien situé. Le parking gratuit à 5 minutes de marche était vraiment très pratique

Villetta immersa nel verde vicina alle Saline di Carloforte, una zona riparata e silenziosa a poca distanza dalla cittadina di Carloforte. La casa su due livelli è in tutto identica alle foto e alla descrizione, cucina molto ampia dotata di tutti i confort e sala con due comodi divani. Il piano superiore ha due camere da letto e un piccolo bagno assolutamente funzionale. Lo spazio esterno è assolutamente fruibile: un piccolo campo da calcio e l'altalena assicurano il divertimento ai bambini. Pierpaolo è stato molto gentile e disponibile sia nel check in che nel check out. Consigliatissima se sarà possibile torneremo a soggiornare in questa deliziosa villetta

Mariano e sua moglie due persone splendide. Mariano ci è venuto a prendere con la macchina per evitare non fosse chiara la posizione dell'appartamento essendo nell'entroterra (la macchina è necessaria). Casa molto carina, con tutto il necessario.. ma la bellezza è la posizione se si vuole stare in contatto con la natura e godersi il cielo stellato notturno. Quando torneremo nell'isola saranno persone che ricontatteremo!

Fabio is the perfect host, he is very, very friendly, always available. The place is just fantastic in all aspects. The house is well managed, clean, very cozy with many little details, everything is made and installed with love. We instantly felt at home and had a very relaxing stay. The garden is huge and beautiful just as the house., barbecue and pizza stove inkluded. The location itself offers a beautiful landscape, spectacular sites can easily be reached by foot, most of the beaches in no time by car. The island is very calm, carloforte is a very nice place where you can find everything you need, good food, good wine, nice people. After just a few days you already will be familiar with the local markets and shops.

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

Appartement conforme à la description. Bien placé proche du port qui est très calme et d’une belle plage à 10’ à pied. Proche aussi de l’embarcadère pour san pietro, charmante petite île à 40’ en bateau . Le logement est assez sonore mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé la nuit. La dame qui nous a accueilli esttrès prévenante et agréable. Massimo est très réactif

Host super disponibile e gentilissima. Casa perfetta su tutti i punti di vista, ricca di servizi e comfort, pulitissima. Inoltre la posizione centralissima è stata la cosa più bella in assoluto. Ci torneremo! Grazie!!

Siamo stati benissimo! I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed amichevoli e la casa è ancora più bella di quanto appaia in foto. E' una villetta situata in un area condominiale privata molto tranquilla . Dispone di 2 bagni, 2 camere e di un giardino molto bello e curato da cui si gode di un tramonto favoloso sull'isola di Carloforte ed uno stupendo cielo stellato. Nel giardino è presente un barbecue, che abbiamo sfruttato per due volte, una doccia, due poltrone, un divano ed un tavolo con sedie. La cucina è funzionale e completa di tutto. La casa l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima ed in ordine. Le camere ed in generale tutti gli spazi sono ampi e freschi. Si raggiunge comodamente la bellissima Spiaggia Grande in 5 minuti a piedi. In macchina si raggiunge il paese di Calasetta con meno di 10 e Sant'Antioco in circa 15 minuti. In massimo 30 minuti di macchina si raggiungono tutti i luoghi dell'isola. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile e soggiorneremo nuovamente con molto piacere. Grazie!

La padrona di casa, Adriana, ci ha accolto di persona con gentilezza e grande disponibilità. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per stare in comodità anche in vacanza, ambiente molto curato, ordinato e pulito e arredato con gusto. Dalla terrazza si gode di un bellissimo tramonto sul mare e le finestre su 2 lati opposti garantiscono un piacevole rigiro di aria se il condizionatore non fosse gradito. Adriana è attenta che tutto sia a posto e ci ha coccolati coi suoi modi di fare.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

Tout etait impeccable ....pour moi en solo j'aurai preferee une vue plus eloignee sur la mer ou leve de soleil ....mais voila le quartier est tres tres tres calme tranquille et securise !!!!! Tres tres tres chouette et tees beau et nouveau ....oarking tres aise

Paulo and his wife were lovely hosts and every care was taken to make us welcome. I know Airbnb has (sadly) moved on from its initial intentions of providing a genuine home from home with B and B but this is a place in the old tradition with toast , milk etc so guests can make a breakfast and more. Much appreciated. Also, a hiccup with the A/C was addressed quickly and in person. Also much appreciated!

Que dire si ce n'est que le logement est magnifique. les plages de Porto Pino sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La communication avec Syrthe s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations forts bénéfiques. Logement mieux que les photos. On y retournera sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Une maison idéale pour se reposer et être au calme, tout en pouvant se baigner juste en bas dans une plage sublime. Des plages très belles aussi à 10’ en voiture. Et l’isola du San Pietro et sa ville Carloforte valent vraiment le détour. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Alessandra.

La maison est presque parfaitement équipée et nous a offert un superbe logement pour un séjour entre amis d'une semaine. Nous avons pu profiter du vaste espace extérieur notamment pour nos repas. Un merci à Debra pour sa disponibilité durant notre séjour !

My friends and I stayed for a week at Daniela's house while exploring beautiful Sardinia. The house is beyond amazing, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (bbq and outdoor dining area in addition to the kitchen). We liked a lot the layout of the house, good balance between privacy without feeling disconnected from the group. Surreal view of the bay from the terrace. Beach and a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance. We also liked the easy access to several points of interest in the area. Daniela was the most gracious host, very communicative and attentive to our needs. She gave us precise directions to the house and waited for us (late at night). She and her husband addressed one small issued we had in a very prompt manner. We'd love to go back!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in den Herbst Ferien da. Es war wundervoll ruhig entspannend und schön. Die Temperaturen waren immer so zwischen 22 und 25 Grad also noch perfekt zum Baden im Meer und Strandferien. Als wir abreisten wurde dann schlecht Wetter. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Villa liegt dierekt oberhalb eines der Schönsten Strände der Region (haben einige abgecheckt) es ist ein Sandstrand sehr ruhig und wenig Lärm und Leute. Es fehlt an gar nichts zum kochen Inventar etc Alles da was Familie braucht.Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen da es etwa 10–12 Auto Minuten des nächsten Städtchen Sant Antioco entfernt liegt.Aber mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein schönes Cafe mit gutem Kuchen feinen Croissant und sehr gutem Gelati ist im Städtchen 15 Autominuten und heisst „Profumo di Caffe“ Wir kamen ultraentspannt zurück und Danken Emylie Sergio und Riccardo sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens Geschenk „Grazie per tutti“ gerne wieder.

Luigis Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum um zu entspannen und die Natur auf Sardinien zu genießen. Der riesige Garten mit 2 Pavillons, Hängematten und diversen anderen Gartenmöbeln schafft mehr als genug Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Vor allem Die Outdoorduschen sind ein Traum - wir haben nur die genutzt. Aber das Highlight bleibt die maximal 1 Minute Fußweg entfernte Bucht. Das Wasser ist vergleichbar mit einem Swimmingpool und man ist größtenteils allein (die bucht ist zwar nicht privat aber sehr versteckt und meist nur von tauchern besucht, falls überhaupt). Ansonsten war alles sauber und so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wurde. Der einzige minimale Kritikpunkt aus meiner Sicht ist, dass man den Stromverbrauch extra bezahlen muss. Das war zwar wirklich nicht teuer (7 Personen/7tage/50€). Nur sollte der meiner Meinung nach im Preis mit inbegriffen sein. Dennoch überwiegen die Positiven Punkte und würden diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen.

Wir kennen das Haus ! Seit unserem letzten Besuch hat Novella die Küche umgebaut und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad eingerichtet! Auch die verglaste Veranda hat uns vor allem am Abend gut gefallen!! Vanna die Haushälterin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft ausgezeichnet geholfen, danach war sie durch die COVID-Erkrankung ihrer Mutter gezwungen uns auf Distanz zu begleiten! Dank Vanna‘s Hilfe finden auch meine im Haus zurück gelassenen Hörgeräte noch den Zu mir zurück, ich bin ihr sehr dankbar!! Wir werden uns bei der Ferienplanung im Herbst frühzeitig an Novella wenden für eine Reservation! Tanti saluti Marcel
