Vacation rentals with beach access in Carling

Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay for my boyfriend and I! The complimentary toiletries, wine, freshly baked bread, cookies, etc… we really appreciated the thought and effort into making us feel welcomed. The hot tub was AMAZING and the instructions were clear to use (we were first timers). The fireplaces made us feel so relaxed and cozy during this unfortunately cold April. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again :) Thank you for having us!!

Amazing stay at the cottage! Very clean and a lot of space. Jessica was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and helpful if we needed anything. Area was very peaceful. Would highly recommend!

Cozy, cute, clean and comfortable! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings which is just what we needed. Good location, felt private and tucked away but it’s only 15 minutes or so from Orillia if you need more restaurant/coffee shop options. Sharon and Rob were attentive hosts and very friendly. We would stay here again

The perfect stay for hubby and I to have a quiet, relaxing Valentine’s Day getaway weekend. Everything was wonderful - from the hosts to the place itself. The weather was bad leaving however Mike and Karen were very flexible with us leaving when we felt safe to do so!! Highly recommend this Airbnb!!

Beautiful spot! The home is comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. The beach front is absolutely beautiful, and the general area very quiet and peaceful. Laurie was a very communicative host and responded very quickly.

Brian is an excellent host who pays great attention to detail. We arrived on February 14th, and he made our day extra special by leaving a beautiful bouquet for us. He is always easy to reach and incredibly helpful. After checking out, we ran into an issue—one of our cars couldn’t move due to the snow. Brian kindly unlocked the door so we could stay inside while figuring things out. Although we managed to move the car without needing to go back in, his thoughtfulness and kindness truly stood out. We hope to return in the summer!

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was so nice. The location was perfect there were lots of different restaurants to choose from. In the cottage there was DVDs and board games which was amazing. Overall it was a great stay. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We had an incredible stay - The Lookout is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The host were communicative and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)

We had wonderful weekend staying at Tery & Sara’s Tiny Beach Blue House. The cottage was clean with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Georgian Bay (Tiny, ON).

This cottage was magical! one of the best cottages I've ever booked on Airbnb. The location is great! private and right on the lake. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise and sunset from the sunroom, dock and hot tub. but also a 10 min drive to town with 3 major grocery stores, LCBO, etc. the hosts were extremely responsive to all my questions and messages. will def be back! highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Paul's place! The waterfront location by the beach was ideal for our summer family vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. Great Place to stay has everything you need. Excellent spot if you have a event at Deerhurst its right across the street. Highly recommend this spot. The Host Heather is Great gets back to you,would go back 100 percent.

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

We had an excellent time! The pictures don’t do the place justice. Spotless, tvs in all rooms. Balconies on every floor. Very modern and up to date. Would not change anything. We went to Canvas brewing to play games and try the beer, visited Deerhurst with the kids, went for a hike, checked out the indoor saltwater pool (dated, but we had it to ourselves which was nice). Played near the lake as it was beautiful sunny weather. Town is very close for all amenities! Thank you!

We had the most amazing experience staying at Phil and Kim's condo. From the moment we arrived, we are blown away by the modern, minimalistic design of the space. It truly feels like a home away from home — everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, and the space is impeccably clean and well-organized. The host thought of every little detail, making it feel like home. The location was perfect too, just 10 minutes to arrowhead provincial park. Excellent stay at Jocelyn and Scott's. Was a great location for a ski weekend. Communication was great. Jocelyn and Scott were very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay.
