Monthly Rentals in Carle Place

This place was great for the few days myself and my daughter spent together to visit our family in New York City. Even though it was challenging to get around back and forth to and from the city we ended up figuring it out. If you are planning on spending most of your time exploring NYC this is not the place to stay. To transport use MTA TRAINTIME APP (OFF PEAK TIME one way ticket is $9.75) PEAK TIME $13.00 one way ticket. TRANSPORTATION NAME IS LIRR to GrandCentral or Penn Station depending on where you are going to. We purchased 2X Ten Trip tickets which was a bit more convenient and used it for round trip. Another tip is to Activate your ticket once you are on the LIRR train ready to depart it does have an expiration time. If you are flying to La Guardia take the LIRR TRAIN HEMPSTEAD- GRAND CENTRAL get off at either Jamaica or Woodside station walk down to the street the uber will take you to your terminal for $25. This is the place you are looking for. David is a great host, and his house is great for those of us who want our own bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. David is very responsive to messages and always looking out for the guests. Everything was clean, the A/C and fan worked well, and plenty of space for me, probably plenty for a couple too. Only potential issue I could think of is climbing the stairs up to the second floor once inside the house. For most people, this shouldn’t be a problem but, if you have trouble with long staircases, this might be a problem for you. I have issues with my knees and back, but just had to take it slow.

My day at Gurpreet was phenomenal from the moment I entered the door. I was attended like if I was family m,the place was more than what the description had mentioned and I’m truly grateful to even have the experience of being there. Super powerful stove allowed the food to be prepped. Perfect to the tea. The shower was such a huge plus to the experience. At the top it all of the host Gurpreet was attentive from the beginning of the conversation to book to the last single second, one of Airbnb’s top. Super host for sure.

Pretty good stay if you need to be in the area for any reason for a night or two. it's a place to sleep and store your things and a private room so you're set. It was comfortable and clean enough that I can't complain. I would stay here again given the short walk to the LIRR and quick Uber to Eisenhower Park
