Entire basement apartment with private driveway entrance in a safe residential Long Island neighborhood. Ton of free street parking available 24/7. Key will be provided in lock box for easy private access. We are a 10 min drive from Northern State Parkway, Long Island Expressway and the Long Island Railroad. Enjoy the clean and quite private apartment in the Tranquil House. The apartment has two bedrooms; a king and a full sized bed, and is located in the basement The bathroom, kitchen and dining room would be for your private use. My family and I live on the floor above if you need help at any time. Located 15 min walk from Mineola Train Station. And 10 min walk from plenty of restaurants, pharmacy. There is a lot of street parking and my drive way is at your disposal

Strictly no smoking. The house is close to everything. Close to public transportation, close to shopping, restaurants, malls, including the huge Rosevelt Field Mall, Costco, Walmart, Target, etc. Short walk to the great Eisenhower Park, quiet neighborhood.
