Monthly Rentals in Carillon Beach Ph XXX, Sunnyside

This place is in a great location if you prefer to stay away from the busy crowds. The house smelled amazing when we walked in. A short drive to the beautiful 30A restaurants, shops and beaches.

We had a great stay at April's condo. Loved the views and how easy it was to get to the beach. The reserved chairs and umbrella were awesome! Would love to come back!

The Lily pad really did provide us with a wonderful, peaceful and restful vacation. We loved the space and felt right at home.

Fabulous condo.. all bedrooms and baths were spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bedding. Great views from balconies. Walk to beach took us a more than the 5 minutes published, but my group was a little older. Cori was a great host seeing to all our needs. Highly recommend this space and would stay there again. Only suggestion is to provide more towels, wash clothes etc per room with a full house rental and to consider upgrade to blackout window treatment. Thanks for everything , Cori!
