The house was very prepared for the blackout. There was no disruption in service with electricity or water. You just needed to be mindful which was perfectly reasonable. The meal plan available was delicious. Very responsive and Rincón is great!!

Lovely apartment! I really appreciated all the thoughtful amennties like having all the basic supplies in the bathroom and kitchen so we could arrive and not worry about going to the store. Basics like oil, seasoning, tupperware, plastic bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishsoap were all available. Also I liked the USB charging stations and the toiletries in the bathrooms. I really loved the fluffy bathrobes and beach towels. All the linens were high quality! Mandy was responsive and helpful especially when we experienced an island-wide power outage. Gorgeous views of the ocean that I could enjoy from the deck. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Highly recommend!

This place felt like a home away from home! It was spotlessly clean, fresh linens, cozy living space, and a thoughtfully designed interior that made our stay so comfortable. The memory foam bed was really cozy, and the WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for staying connected. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal—close enough to Playa del Carmen’s center for convenience but tucked away in a peaceful, charming neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. The stunning beach and small cenote were just a 10-minute walk away. Rudolph and Rolando’s communication was fantastic. They provided great recommendations for restaurants, and hidden local gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. Their hospitality and attention to detail made this stay unforgettable. I can’t recommend Rudolph’s place enough! Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this is the perfect spot in Playa del Carmen. Can’t wait to come back!

Fourteen is an absolutely gorgeous property. My son is a student at the medical university nearby and the location was perfect for us ! The view is incredible. Mullet Bay beach is the best beach on the island, pool was great too! Beds were super comfy ! Would stay here again! Jeff was super friendly and had great suggestions. Thank You!!

We had an awesome stay. The apartment is excellent, particularly noteworthy is the balcony which is probably the best balcony we have had at any Airbnb. It is like a whole extra room with great views. The apartment had everything we needed, it is great that there were a few basics such as salt, pepper, and milk. The pool area is nice. We liked to location and had a car, which I really recommend, to visit places like English Harbour and Jolly Harbour. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

The place was beautiful,everything was there for an extended stay. Washer and dryer fully stocked kitchen including spices. Probably the nicest place I have been to. I’m recommending to anyone. I will be back.

This is my 3rd time staying in the gorgeous Oceanfront Villa. The view of the ocean from every room is spectacular, just what my soul needs during these stressful times. When I first arrive I collapse from the long flight from Los Angeles, watch the sunset and allow the sounds of the waves to lull me to relax more than any other vacation spot I have found. This time I invited 2 of my closest friends and Katrina’s recommendations for dinners were outstanding ( we love Mona, Ode to the Elephant and Tamboo which catered to all of our different diets). We love Rincon and the Thursday night ArtWalk and restaurants and nightlife. What is special about Katrina and her villa, is that she takes such pride in updating it, keeping it running to the best of her ability and keeping one informed if something happens on the island ( power outage, etc) that is out of her control. I feel very lucky to have gotten to meet this Super Host, and enjoy this exceptional villa year after year.
