Perfect stay. Spacious and super clean apartment close to everything you need. Very clear communication from the beginning and when they give you the apartment, the lady there is beautiful, always attentive to what you need and making sure you feel comfortable. Comfortable and clean beds, amenities in the bathrooms and drinking water for our stay. If you rent a car you can leave it in the parking lot and the guards are also very friendly. 100% recommended

Excellent stay. Premises and surroundings are exactly as described. Apartment is well furnished with the comforts of home and the property manager (office two minutes away) responds immediately. I've paid twice as much for a fraction of the amenities. They even provide beach towels! Exceptional value for the money and perfect for long stays. The host provides an awesome detailed info package about the apartment, town and activities. Uber safe building with a system of locking doors and gates. I was able to keep A/C costs low by opening up the windows and doors every morning to take advantage of the constant breezes. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, including hiking trails and access to all points north, south and east. Food is inexpensive with an abundance of street food vendors. The town has something for everyone and at this time of year is busy as Easter is next week. SJDS undergoes a total transformation that is interesting to see.

Exceptional. The only regret is that you were only able to book a week. The big peace on the waterfront, the private courtyard, the parking space, the host who is always ready if there is anything. Best Airbnb setup I've had so far, congratulations!

The entire stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The balcony was amazing with lots of space to lounge and have our morning coffee. The place is near the airport, the city and Te Amo beach. It was very easy to get around and access everything we needed. Quintin greeted us at check in and check out and was very friendly. Overall our best Airbnb experience to date!

The stay was very good. The apartment was exactly the same in the photos. We had a very easy self check-in and self check-out. The apartment had a full kitchen (except microwave), the bathroom was wide, the bed was good, the view was wonderful. The air-conditioning worked very well. It had public parking next door, so there is always a place to stop the car. Excellent Hosting, I highly recommend!

The hosts are great! Very accomodating! Met by a super friendly, helpful guy, Richard. The place had everything you need and a fantastic marina view on balcony. Definitely recommend.

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

As beautiful and peaceful as we were hoping! Such a great setting, very easy to find and super central to both Maya Beach and just a 20-min drive to Placencia. Publics grocery is 8-min drive south, and loads of close restaurants. We used the kayaks and even fished in them across the lagoon. Star gazed at night from the dock, and cooked in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Herbert provided absolutely anything you could ever need and then some. Seriously, not just sun block and bug spray, but like 3 kinds. Numerous different towels and beach towels, umbrellas, spices and oils/marinades in the kitchen, not only kayaks and bikes, but a fishing pole and net, multiple sizes life jacket, super strong WiFi, you name it. Great bathroom with big tub and strong water pressure. Sitting on the deck listening to the lagoon was mesmerizing. Obviously a lot of planning went into the thoughtful details and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Herbert!

Great accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut House. The house was comfortable and the view was amazing!

My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. When we first pulled into the neighborhood we were a little uneasy as it looks a little rough in some areas but once we got settled in we walked to many different restaurants in the area and enjoyed the place a lot. Finding the place was a little tough and I wouldn’t want to do it at night. Loved having our own parking space. We appreciated the snacks left by the host and the cleanliness of the place. Beach was perfect! Things we didn’t love: - No top sheets on the bed and just one very light cover. It wasn’t very comfortable. - there is an dilapidated abandoned house right next to the air bnb. It appeared there was a squatter living in it and we saw him kind of mulling around during the day on the beach and could hear him chanting, singing, talking loudly from the house and running some type of loud tool late at night. The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

This was our second time staying at this absolute gem right on the ocean—and it won’t be our last! If you love being close to nature, expect to be exposed to the elements in the best way possible. We especially enjoyed the direct access to the water and made great use of the provided kayaks. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The kitchen is impressively well stocked with quality pans, dishware, spices, and even some basics in the fridge. Truly a special place!

We had a lovely relaxed weekend with 4 couples staying at Mari's "stilt house" in La Parguera. The house is built right over the water with the boat dock on the front of the house. The setting was beautiful and the sunrises and sunsets were magical - we were all mesmerized by the views and the flow of boats lazily passing by the house. Although there are 5 bedrooms, there are only 2 bathrooms and the sewer system is delicate so just be prepared if you have a larger group. The air conditioning ran great in all of the bedrooms, in fact we all were quite cold the first night until we figured out the optimum temperature. The walk on the wooden walkway from the dirt parking area to the house is quite long so I would definitely recommend a wagon or cart for transporting your groceries and gear - especially the ice and drinks. It's an easy 3-5 minute walk into the local small town. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and Mari was so kind and responsive!

The house and grounds are beautiful and we couldn’t ask for a more picturesque stay. Christine was a fantastic host and more than accommodating. 10/10

Marina’s place was really nice. Great location located on the water. Great upside was free and safe security parking. We loved the jacuzzi the views and a comfortable bed! Downside were the traffic noise since the private balcony is situated straight across the main road of the city center and the outdoor airco units right below the balcony. The apartment is nicely equipped with a washer, dryer, oven, table sized fridge, very comfortable bed (!) and spacious enough for a stay for 2 people! When we were needing anything extra or had any questions, Marina was quick to respond and very helpful! Love to stay here again for a few days in the future!

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Juans apartment was beautifully decorated, and the host was extremely hospitable. The location was fantastic, close to all the attractions. I felt right at home and had a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back. Thank you Juan!

We loved our stay on Sapphire Beach. The place was exactly as described. Perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful views and nice bar and food options right next door. The pool area was also very nice, and there is a taxi service right on the property which was very convenient. Darryl picked us up from the airport and made sure we felt right at home. This was the perfect spot for our Virgin Island getway. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Amy's ocean-view condominium apartment on the 21st Floor. The apartment is in one of two condos, which are gated by security staff. Her apartment is clean and comfortable, and her kitchen is well-stocked. Amy is super responsive and helpful and her instructions are clear and precise. As a local, she can provide recommendations to beaches and other places of interest.

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

My stay was quite delightful

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
