Beautiful villa. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and very intentionally designed. Our stay felt like a luxury experience since the moment we walked in and the house was equipped with all the essentials. Juan Pablo was also very easy to reach and communicate with which made the experience a lot more relaxing and allowed us to fully unwind.

Great Space if you can book it, we stayed in 2 seperate places in Aruba. This is by far the best place we could stay at on the island. Perfect for a trip where you want to stay at the house and beach for the whole week. If you want to get out daily and explore the island this would be too remote to go out daily as you would have a 45 min drive as it is fairly remote. I would recommend splitting your airbnb destinations like we did.

What an absolutely lovely vacation! If you are a nature lover, this property and the view are everything you could ever dream of! All of the modern amenities that a city dweller would be accustomed to: good wifi, powerful ac units, TVs in every room, a super modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers, plus a wine cooler. But completely immersed in nature! We had a few small hiccups upon arrival - a bit of water in the master room, and an issue with one of the bedroom doors closing: both were addressed immediately and we had no more issues for the remainder of the trip. We decided to get a chef for the week, and it was just magical! We felt so special and catered to by Chef Francky, Maria, Rodolfo, and the rest of his incredible team! Also the housekeeper June was so lovely and Cheyenne was very helpful. This was an absolute dream vacation for our family and friends - our first time in St. Martin, but will definitely not be our last!

The villa was gorgeous and having the beach so close was very convenient. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware for virtually anything you could possibly think of making. Overall, we loved the place and would recommend it to anyone.

We had an incredible stay at Arrecife 23 — the house is honestly even better than the photos, they don’t do it justice. The home is immaculate and spacious and the outdoors with the pool is perfect. The location on the resort grounds and close to the beach, Blue Mall and the airport is perfect. And our stay was made seamless thanks to Jose’s hospitality as well as our chef, Santo! 100% would recommend.

The house is beautiful, great for families and in a perfect location. Alma was a very responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here with a large group-the house was beautiful with plenty of space and we never felt cramped. The house was very clean and well equipped. Our hostess was there to meet us and had great recommendations. Kitchen was well equipped with a very nice sitting area. There were more than enough towels to use at home and the beach. Daily house and pool cleaning was a great benefit. We really enjoyed the pool and rooftop area and the attention to detail (such as multiple wifi networks to ensure great coverage all over the home). There is a great restaurant 30 feet away that has a private cenote!
