Nice place just near shops and restaurants. Walkable to ADO bus. Quite at night. Hot shower and fluffy towels.

This is a nice place to stay. You have restaurants all around you and stores and the mall about 20 -30 minutes up the street if you walk. Uber is always available.

Patty and Rudy are wonderful hosts. From the booking of the rental, to our leaving, they were responsive and extremely friendly. The loft was even better than the pictures, and the location is perfect. Four of us stayed 8 nights, and we really didn’t want to leave. If you are looking for a great place to explore Panama City from, feel safe, and be in the center of “Old Panama” where history is everywhere, look no further. We loved it. And if you want a guided tour of many different locations in Panama, Rudy is the person you want. We have been in 5 tours with him in 2 different visits to Panama. We wouldn’t go with anyone else. Class people who treat their clients right.

First allow to say that if I could cheat and give 10 stars I would gladly do so. I LOVE THAT PLACE!! They threw in a special touch for my birthday, which attention to detail at it's finest. I will return for sure. Maitee and Dennis were extremely helpful to me for my first time renting an ABNB. Thanks guys for an awesome experience.

The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable, the bed is super comfortable. The pool is huge, very good!! Super quiet setting. Recommended if you want to rest. The bar area is very close, you can walk to all the beaches and bars without any problem, the distances are very short. Maximiliano is very attentive, he answers all your questions quickly.

Perfect space if you’re like me and spend more time outside than inside on vacation. Terrace with all the extra living space is so nice. Multiple beaches a walk or short drive away if you want something other than what is right by the condo. And finally a host that doesn’t require you to basically clean the place before you leave. Amazing place to stay.

great location for a great price. the front doormen were very helpful. Alexis was particularly great at giving pointers and looking out for me in terms of keeping the place secured and making sure I taxis or other people were did not scam me. the location is close to everything and nothing was more than a $2 uber ride away.

I stayed here for over a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place in Playa del Carmen.

The accommodation experience in La Caribeña was excellent, it is a well-located place with access to transportation and near the bay of Santa Marta. The room's elements were those necessary for a good and cozy stay. Communication with the hosts is quick and very attentive to any request. I definitely recommend it and I would go back to this good place 💖

Took care of the only issue we had. The AC died, so they put us in another unit.

It is great for one couple plus maybe 1 small kid (sofa bed needs upgrade)... right in front of the complex there is a tiny bakery and neighborhood grocery store that takes credit cards, perfect for improv breakfast or dinner. Ana was very responsive which was helpful during our stay. Definitely recommended!

I have stayed here twice because it is a great place to stay with many conveniences. A combination of local eateries as well as international fastfood chains are within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. This studio is fully equipped with all eating utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and barbecue pit are a great feature and the views from. the top floor are amazing. Jorge puts a little extra Into providing a welcoming experience including fashioning the bath towels into swans. This is a great place to stay and is reasonably priced.

It is a very comfortable place to stay, the area is quite quiet and there are many places nearby, the house was very clean and smelled very good, everything in general was very good, I highly recommend it☺️
