Max was a very responsive and accommodating host. His place was as described. His location is right in the middle of the city, so I appreciated this place had parking and doorman. His home was also larger than expected.

The apartment is on the 3rd level with access via a keypad. The accommodation is in a secure residence 7km from Quinta Avenida de playa del carmen. As in the photos. If you're interested in shopping or eating, there's everything nearby. Hosts are responsive. I would this property.

I would definitely stay here again, it’s a nice place, very modern and is close to the airport. The owners were very helpful

Mandeville is truly a gem. Starting my day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, surrounded by the lush greenery and the sweet melodies of the birds, was simply delightful. What truly enhanced my stay was Alethia's exceptional communication and ensuring that all our needs were met. Avista is the ultimate retreat for unwinding in a pristine, secluded, and safe environment, with everyone around being incredibly welcoming. This is a great option for a stay in Santiago. The complex is very secure. Check in and check out is automatic and clearly explained. Communication was excellent! The apartment is very simple yet modern. The furnishings were well choose. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of pillows. (That is very important to me) I would stay here again!

This was our second stay at Browne’s Condominiums, which offers an excellent location—conveniently situated near a small shopping center and within walking distance of a grocery store (1.4 km) and the beautiful Carlisle Bay (3.4 km) renowned as one of the top beaches in the world. If walking is not your thing, buses, vans and taxis are plentiful to get you to your destination. Toby’s place provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for small families or couples. We encountered a minor issue with a piece of furniture, but it was addressed promptly and effectively. Given its increasing popularity, I found it fully booked for 2026, which speaks to its appeal. I highly recommend considering this condo for your stay, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning!

This place is really nice. It is in an artistic setting with several building amenities. It is a comfortable space with hosts who were responsive to my questions. I enjoyed staying here and can't wait to return.

Amazing place and host

Where do I even begin? This was cream de la crème — one of the few places I’ve ever rated 5 stars. Let’s start at check-in: I had an early flight and messaged Wendy, and she said no problem. Walked in to a handwritten thank-you note and—yep—cold Presidentes waiting. The attention to detail here is next level. A makeup towel? I don’t even wear makeup but still appreciated it. Toiletries were stocked, the furniture was super comfortable, and the balcony? Unreal. The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants, shops, and a colmado right across the street. This is by far my favorite Airbnb. Now I see why it’s so highly reviewed.

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

My husband and I stayed at Ordia's beautiful home for two days. It is conveniently located close to the two attractions we wanted to visit, Dunn's River Falls and the Original Blue Hole. The neighborhood was quiet, cozy and felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and relaxing on the front porch. The clean, well-kept private pool and jacuzzi in the fenced-in backyard were definitely highlights for us. The house manager was just finishing up there upon our arrival. She welcomed us and provided helpful tips, along with answering all the questions about small details we had checking in. We were provided with her contact information along with the host's contact information. The host checked in to make sure no issues came up during our stay. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Ordia's. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be returning next time we visit Jamaica!

We had a short stay but we loved it. Very clean space and the attention to details like the little chocolate on the bed and the AC on right when you walk in! Location was great with lots to do in the area. Orlando gave us spectacular treatment he was very responsive and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Would definitely book with him again on a returning trip !

Desserie was a fabulous host. She accommodated our every need. The house was really beautiful and clean. We felt at home. Everything we needed was included. There were plenty of lovely white towels and large beach towels also. In the outside space there were plenty of seating areas for different times of day. Horace & Renee was so polite, friendly and communicative from we made the booking months in advance until we’ve checked out. Their hospitality and accommodation is second to none. We enjoyed our stay very much as it felt like home away from home the moment we walked in. Everything was as described on the website and honestly even better in person. If I am honest, there was nothing that we could say we had an issue with. Thank you very much again Horace & Renee, you will certainly be seeing us again soon.

What a great staycation. The property had, pool, pool table, basketball, badminton outside kitchen, lots of seating areas and hammocks. The place was clean and we felt very comfortable and secure. The host was also great. Will difinitely recommend.

Check in was great. Damien was at the location upon arrival. He gave clear instructions about the house. There was no need to contact him during the stay. The house looks exactly like the photos. The house and its amenities is definitely worth the price. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.
