Great spots for picnic with eucalyptus trees close by . Hiking trails are just around the corner. Close to everything San Diego can offer.

Awesome location! Excellent value! Best deal in this area! This studio guest suite is 5 minutes away by car from world famous Del Mar race track, Cedros Design District, and of course the BEACH! Enjoy the fun and sun in San Diego. Quick access to the I-5 will get you to all of San Diego’s wonderful attractions. The Lounge is a quaint, cozy 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom detached guesthouse with lots of character in the "funky" community of Leucadia. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio.
