Localizado numa praça com restaurantes e supermercado. Ideal para férias na praia, surf, ou lazer com amigos e família. Estou sempre disponível para qualquer dúvida antes e durante a estadia, até breve!

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance of the best surfing beach around, with long stretches of golden sand. Renovated in 2020, the apartment has 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space and a sunny balcony. All the appliances in the apartment are electrical.

The space is well decorated and features a very zen terrace with garden views. Garage use is available (extra charge), and the Wi-Fi is excellent. This apartment is fully equipped to provide a wonderful stay, whether for work or leisure. Payment of the Municipal Tourist Tax to the host is mandatory.
