Location was phenomenal. Lots of stairs, but you’re rewarded with a great view. Excellent communication from hosts.

Great place to stay in Lisbon. It’s right in the centre of the city close to everything. Joana is a great host very responsive and friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. It’s spacious. Well decorated and very clean. Easy access from the street with modern lift. No keys are required as the doors open with a digital code. Recommend it 100%

Beautiful spacious place. As the other reviews mentioned it could be a little loud for light sleepers at the end of the night but the location made it worth it. There was a concierge for the apartments that helped us book a Fado dinner as well as a tuk tuk tour and that was super helpful. He took care of everything, we just had to show up on time! I'd stay here again next time I visit Portugal.

My family loved this place! The location was close to so much, which was incredibly helpful as we dodged in and out of rain. The terrace and apartment are lovely; the beds were comfortable; and it has everything we need. Joana was very helpful when I had questions. There was a bit of noise from nearby bars and restaurants but that is to be expected in such a central location. My kids got up early to watch the sunrise over the water and stayed up late to see the castle light up in the sits de. None of us wanted to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Ana and Paulina’s apartment in Alfama! Our family of four, including our 11- and 8-year-old boys, felt right at home. The location was absolutely perfect—tucked into a charming neighborhood and easily walkable to many of Lisbon’s highlights. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival—such a thoughtful touch! Ana and Paulina were incredibly helpful, even arranging our transfers from the airport and to the train station, and allowing us to drop off our bags early before check-in. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Fantastic place.! Very spacious and very clean. We stayed 4 nights. The hosts made us feel welcomed and were very responsive. The place is close to lots of restaurants. Safe location.

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

We had an amazing stay at Bruno and Rita's property. It was so easy to just chill out and relax. The home had everything we needed with easy walks to grab food and hangout at the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the bed and sound of the waves, was on point, it felt like the best dream before we fell asleep. Bruno is a kind and helpful host. It was fun and interesting to visit with him. We felt great energy from the host family.

Stay at Sofia’s. You won’t regret it. Sofia is informative, responsive and helpful in every way. The apartment is clean, beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to feel comfortable, safe and happy.

We stayed at the villa as group of 14 on a hen do, the house was stunning and exceeded expectations! It was a great space for a large group and the garden & view were amazing. Antonio was super helpful and friendly, and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy 😊 10/10 would thoroughly recommend!

We had a great, restful time at Lurdes despite rainy weather. We were very warmly welcomed and provided with great sightseeing and restaurant tips. Elisabeth was always available for us and very quick to respond. The ocean view from the deck is amazing! The nearby beach (we would recommend a car) has great bars and clear water. The house is clean and as pictured. Thank You!

We had a lovely stay. Joao is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is as advertised and it's a show every day to open the door of the house on the ocean. Surf lesson in front of the house, very good neighboring restaurant. I recommend her house.

The entire staff at Duques Villa is amazing! friendly, easy to communicate with. the property is fantastic, a beautifully restored historic villa in Lisbon that was once the residence of royalty! You will be treated as such, while you enjoy the amenities and marvel at every touch at Villa Duques!

We spent a month in the apartment and felt very comfortable. It is well equipped and ideal for a longer stay. The internet was stable and fast – especially important to us as we work remotely. The area is quiet and modern, outside of downtown, but with everything you need right nearby: Lidl and Pingo Doce are within walking distance. Also the large shopping mall Vasco da Gama is about 15 minutes walking distance. The transport connection is excellent – from the nearby "Oriente" station you can easily get anywhere, for example to Sintra. A bus stop with direct connection to the city is even closer. Overall, we were very please with our stay!

We stayed one night with family before they headed to New Zealand. The location and apartment worked well. It reflected Lisbon life, enabled us to see and do what we wanted to, and the host Barbara was amazing! Thank you.

A fantastic ground floor apartment, next to the river viewpoint, walking distance to the center, very nice and quiet.

It was very central, we felt very comfortable. We would stay again anytime. We even got a late check out.
