Apartment vacation rentals in Cascais

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable – it had everything we needed, down to the smallest detail. The location is great: just a short walk from the sea promenade, only a few minutes from a supermarket, about 15 minutes on foot to Parque Marechal Carmona, and around 20 minutes walk to Cascais Bay. Jose was incredibly kind and helpful throughout – he was transparent about some construction nearby (which didn’t bother us at all), and very flexible when we asked for a later checkout. We also accidentally broke something during our stay, and he was incredibly understanding about it. We’d be happy to come back anytime – highly recommended!

Our stay here was wonderful! This apartment is the perfect location, less than 5 minute walk to shops, delicious restaurants, and the beach. Also, Luis was so responsive and helpful every step of the way. Would highly recommend this clean and spacious apartment to anyone. 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay at Nuno’s, and wish I stayed longer. I took a bolt to the flat which was easy to find. The host welcomed me in and showed me around to get familiar with the amenities and area. The flat was bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. (The bedroom is dark but perfect for sleeping). Once settled, I was at the beach in 10mins (walking). It was perfection and I’d do it all again! Obrigado xx

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location in the middle of all the buzz - and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We found it was a beautiful, large, clean space with all the amenities listed! Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Rafa's very much! It was clean, had what we needed, beds were comfortable. It was walkable to downtown. Rafa was very friendly and we were happy to meet him. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the property. Everything was super nice and clean. Great shower, the beach was very close and a lovely restaurant close by called Fauna and Flora. 10/10

Centrally located, easy to find, close to the train!!! We had a great stay in Cascais at Miguel’s apartment. Every morning we made coffee and sat at the coffee bar, it was amazing. The beds were so comfy as well. The market is close, restaurants are close, the outdoor farmers market was one of our favorites in the summer. Would definitely recommend this place :)

Stunning Penthouse with an Unforgettable View! I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible penthouse in Cascais, and I can honestly say it was one of the best stays I've had! The apartment is beautifully designed with modern finishes and tons of natural light. But what truly sets it apart is the view – it’s absolutely breathtaking! You can see the entire coastline, and watching the sunset from the terrace is something I’ll never forget. The location is also perfect – just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and the charming town center. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing us with all the details we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Cascais. Will definitely be back!

Maria (who lives upstairs) was wonderful and welcomed us warmly. She was very accommodating and showed us around the apartment which was light, airy, spacious and homely. The neighbourhood is residential and peaceful with a park across the road and local cafes/restaurants within 5 mins walk. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was powerful. Outside decking area with table and chairs was perfect for the late morning to early afternoon sun. The Old Town is approx. 25 mins walk from the apartment with a beach a further 5 minutes. Lots to see and do in Cascais including numerous beaches which have a great local vibe. Food and drink is very reasonable, especially if away from the tourist areas. Marina has some cool bars and restaurants and the park across from it is huge and worth a visit too. Uber/Bolt is a cheap way to get around Cascais & to Lisbon, Sintra, etc,.. This was our first Airbnb outside England and we loved it. It was perfect ❤️ thanks to Maria.

We had not been to Estoril previously and did really enjoy the more local vibe in this area. Also a great beach for surf and a good walk to Carcavelos. The apartment was so nice and very clean, we were 3 friends staying and it felt right at home. We all slept very well and although both beach and train are near (good communications) it was super quiet at night and a calm cozy neighbourhood. Moritz and Francesca were more than helpful and responsive and also had good local recommendations. All of us could imagine staying here again - highly recommend! ✨

Great location. Estoril is between Lisbon and Cascais which are both reachable by a cheap train ride. Views from the Penthouse are great and there are two restaurants in the building with a Chinese” to die for” just across the road under the Casino. Loved it.

We had a wonderful time staying at Juliana’s apartment. It was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom is very big. We loved going into Cascais which was about 35 minute walk from the apartment along the beautiful coastline. Juliana is very responsive and is always happy to help and give you recommendations. We would defiantly stay here again 😄

Stayed 3 months. Pros: Very communicative and helpful hosts. Airbnb is near Lidl 4min walk and a brand new Auchan 15min walk. Beach and downtown Cascais a ~20min downhill walk. Lots of natural sunlight. Easy Bolt/Uber rides to Cascais/Sintra National Park, Guincho Beach, and other nature sites. Affordable farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday morning only 10-15 min walk. Cons: 15-20min uphill walk from Cascais train station and from Cascais itself - note that buses are not reliable so you will be walking. Can sometimes hear neighbors' TVs at night as well as neighborhood dogs barking. Lisbon-Cascais train tracks under repair lead to delayed and interrupted service particularly at night. TLDR: Good option if you plan to stay in Cascais area, check out the nature around it, and only plan to go to Lisbon once or twice a week. Not good if you plan to use it as a base with which to commute to Lisbon often.

I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs and what separates the great ones from the good ones is the host, and Maria truly excels at hosting. Home was everything as described and more but Maria truly made our stay amazing. She's very responsive, goes above and beyond, have great recommendations and for parents-she even set up an incredible baby sitter for us so we could do a date night. Home, location, pool+amenities, host all 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again when we're back in Portugal.

Fabulous location close to everything and all walkable - including train station going to Lisbon. The view was perfect and the balcony became our favourite spot to sit.

This place is gorgeous. Sea views, bathtub, plush master bedroom with its own tv / couch space, 2 balconies… the decorations give it a chill, clean & clear atmosphere. Outside there’s a walking path along the sea cliffs, Sintra is a 25 minute drive, there are beaches and all kinds of amazing restaurants. The host Nika was very friendly and there’s a concierge at the building who is also very kind and helpful.

Lovely location overlooking a square. You can easily walk to the Monastery and the best pastel de nata shop in Belem. The old number 18 tram is just around the corner as well. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything you need for your stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

Amazing apartment, great views and exactly what we needed. location easy for Lisbon and cascais. Kind enough to let us stay later until our flight last day due to no booking the next day, very lucky and appreciated the flexibility.

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet stay in a nice local neighbourhood, with lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Free parking near the flat was useful but there are bus stops right outside, so a car is not necessary. The flat is as described, fully kitted out, very clean and comfortable. The outside terrace and spa is a fabulous bonus. The Hosts are highly responsive and also really proactive in giving information, which makes everything very easy. A lovely stay; we hope to return soon.

Ideally located apartment, just 10 mins walk to the beach and very easy to get Uber to Lisbon or Cascais. Hosts uncle was on hand for any queries and was very helpful.

Zheng’s spot was so central, I can’t recommend it enough for visiting Cascais. Extremely walkable! It was so easy to get anywhere, and was comfortable. Ideal for groups due to the separate bathrooms, and the patio was a great hangout area. Lovely spot.
