5 Harport is a waterside house on the banks of loch Harport, opposite the Talisker distillery in the beautiful village of Carbost, centrally located on Skye. Tastefully decorated, it has stunning views out over the loch to the Cuillin mountains especially from the decking. There’s a Smart TV with Netflix. Close to local amenities including a small shop and The Old Inn pub which serves food all day and has live traditional music 3 nights a week. 10 minutes to the cuillins and 20 miles to Portree.

A combined living/bedroom/kitchen area provides: a comfortable bed, drop-leaf table with 2 chairs , large cupboard, kitchenette containing: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave/grill, airfryer and toastie maker. Additionally there is a walk in wet room and a shed for boots and bikes. Outdoor seating is provided. .

What an amazing place! Such a beautiful place, we can’t wait to go back. The house is spacious, yet cosy, with ample parking. Jade was very responsive, but really we had no problems. The welcome basket was unexpected and gratefully received. Ten minutes drive from Talisker Distillery and the Old Inn. One of our favourite AirBnB experiences! Jasper the dog didn’t want to leave. Thanks Jade!

We had a lovely week on Skye. Staying in Carbost was the perfect location to travel to other parts of the island. It is a short drive to Talisker Bay and Sligachan The house is easy to find and in an incredible location with an amazing view. It's fantastic for wildlife spotting, too. Alan's instructions were great, and he responded quickly to our messages. The house is warm and cozy and has everything we needed for the week. I highly recommend the property.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwas abgelegen, was wir absolut schätzen. Die Abgeschiedenheit und der Frieden waren genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist sehr komfortabel. Wir konnten uns während unseres Aufenthalts perfekt entspannen und erholen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für die schöne Erfahrung!

Notre séjour chez Lena et Thor était au top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement était très agréable et bien agencé avec la joie d'un petit verre d'accueil. La communication avec Lena était irréprochable. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette cabane dont le cadre est majestueux.
