Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Les plages océanes et le bassin d'Arcachon sont accessibles en 1h environ.

Just 15 minutes from the entrance to Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion and an hour from Arcachon and its Pilat Dune.
