My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

Muy bonito espacio para ir en familia y buscar cosas que hacer en la zona hotelera de Cancún, una casa hermosa con todas las comodidades. Muy recomendable

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

We had some issues finding the house, but once we found it…everything else was perfect! The host was above and beyond, super friendly, helpful and responsive. This was our first time staying on the South end of the island, but it won’t be our last. The place is perfect after a long hot day on the beach, king size bed is comfortable and the house cools down quickly. Absolutely recommend!

¡Una experiencia absolutamente perfecta! 🌟 Me encantaría poder darle más de 5 estrellas a este lugar, sinceramente fue genial. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue impecable: siempre atento, súper amable y disponible para resolver cualquier duda al instante. ¡De verdad, se nota que ama lo que hace y cuida cada detalle para que tu experiencia sea inolvidable! La casa es simplemente espectacular. Todo estaba impecable y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con dos baños amplios, y una sala climatizada perfecta para relajarse, con un sofá cama súper cómodo. La mesa comedor para 4 personas también la usamos como mesa de juegos en varias ocasiones, lo cual fue un plus divertidísimo. La cama queen muy cómoda,La cocina está totalmente equipada, Además, tiene asador, lavadora y secadora, lo cual hace todo aún más conveniente. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar la hermosa piscina… Tener cochera disponible también nos dio mucha tranquilidad.Zona muy segura!

Todo muy bien con la casa, de acuerdo a la publicación, estuvimos un grupo de 11 personas muy a gusto, muy agradable para pasar el día en la alberca y el jardín, solo que el condominio es muy exigente con sus reglas y poco flexibles con los huéspedes, no permiten la entrada de camionetas, se debe estacionar en la calle principal, aunque es muy seguro, el acceso es muy controlado y en ocasiones puede ser excesivo cuando estás relajado y de vacaciones.

For seclusion and relaxation this is the spot! Pictures represent reality. From Cancun airport to ferry, ask host for R/T transfers (only $100) for peace of mind. Take taxi from ferry to house for only $10-15. Ezekiel was there to great us and he can also do a grocery run for you in advance. House has HUGE bedrooms, will host 8 ppl easily with room to spare. The private beach is exactly that - private! Homes, not hotels, on each side of property; all with their own beach. No construction noise for us while there. This side of island has calm waters unlike other side. Owners have removed seaweed out to 20 feet in the water. The seaweed is like short grass in your yard. It's not a big deal. We had a chef come and cook breakfast and supper for $170. They arranged golf cart for $120/day. Huge Chedraui grocery store is only 7min cart ride away; North beach less than 15. Ulan restaurant was amazing. Communication with host was outstanding. First time to island and HIGHLY recommend this home!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Super Energie , toller Aufenthalt Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war super und wir wurden vorm Haus in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, sauber, hell, sehr einladend. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, aber auch der Flair der Rückseite des Hauses, also Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern hat mir sehr gefallen. Es stand 1 Kanister Wasser bereit und auf Anfrage kam direkt ein Zweiter. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer direkt zum Supermarkt in Cancun gefahren um einen großen Einkauf zu machen. Lebensmittel in Cancun sind sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt mit den 2 Bädern und der Einrichtung, super. Nachts war es laut am Strand: Menschen, Musik und Motorradshows. Ist nur fair dies zu erwähnen für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Nach 2 Gläsern mexikanischem Wein habe ich gut geschlafen, aber meine Mutter hat jede Nacht alles gehört. Strand direkt Tür sowie Restaurants, Markt

Beautiful home in gorgeous Isla Mujeres. Love the kitchen and all of the nice appliances they had. They take great care of their home, beautiful decor, and was the perfect place to stay in paradise. Loved the rooftop pool and amazing ocean views. Definitely check out a golf cart if you plan on staying at this location. Their concierge Gustavo was wonderful, was able to connect us to a fantastic local baker, and went over and beyond with recommendations.
