From the house you can see the village of Caprigliola and the Magra River valley surrounded by olive trees and in the peace and tranquility that only the countryside can give. The property is located less than half an hour from the main tourist destinations such as Sarzana, Lerici and La Spezia. This listing is for the apartment located on the first floor.

During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
