We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

It is worth the care with those who come by bus: the keys are picked up at another location, but everyone is flexible and there is the possibility of asking them to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. The host was very responsive, responds quickly and always asks to resolve any unforeseen issues! The apartment provides some linens, but it's worth bringing your own, otherwise the apartment is complete, it has everything you need. We loved it and plan to return soon.

great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

The house is great, clean and very well equipped. The place is also excellent, away from the downtown mess and with all the comfort by the sea. The condominium is tasty, but I found that the surveillance with guests was very aggressive and uncompromising in some situations, just to improve a little more how to communicate, which would already be good.

It was all right. We found it easily, the desk was already there to greet us, the apartment was clean and smelly. It had good cooking utensils and linens on the beds. The apartment surprised me because in the photos the room looked small, but it was slightly larger than I expected. We settled well. Facing a more “deserted” beach, very quiet, and we went in high season (new year). Just cross the street and you are already on the beach, this made it very easy because to go to others it was a small stress with traffic and to find a place to park because the city was full, so for me it was very worth it mainly because it was very close to one of the beaches. In short we had an excellent stay, all questions and msg were answered quickly.

The Antonia and Robilson were always available, friendly and helpful, and Robilson visited me regularly, asked about my well-being and always brought fresh vegetables or fruit. Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
