impeccable apartment, everything well cared for and beautiful, full kitchen, excellent shower, everything very good. quality sheets, air-conditioning working well. We had a little problem with a curtain, but Nei helped us quickly and it wasn't even a hassle. I intend to come back here more often, no doubt.

Great space, with lots of bathrooms and a cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops nearby and a beach you can walk to. Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.
