We were already in Serena's accommodation in 2023. It was very nice again. The location is very quiet, located in the middle of the forest. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of this. Everything is available in the apartment: pellets for the oven (if necessary), kitchen utensils, salt, sugar, etc. Serena and Paolo are very friendly and accommodating. There were two of us here with our little dog. The accommodation can be reached via a gravel path. So a car is a must. Nearby is a small stream, here you can swim nicely (even if the water is cold). There are very good restaurants with delicious Tuscan food in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the complex itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. We were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena from here, and here Ana had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

A highly recommended stay! This appartmenrs are located a short drive from the town and are quiet, peaceful, and have stunning views. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. We would loved to have stayed longer and would definitely book again. The value for the quality of this stay is incredible!

We have now stayed in Elisa and Alessandro's accommodation for the second time – and it was simply beautiful and absolutely relaxing again! The place is a real oasis where you can unwind perfectly. Elisa and Alessandro are extremely helpful and warm. They provided us with great tips for activities and restaurants, so we could enjoy our stay all around. We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. Immaculate presentation and very clean. Being in the centre is was also peaceful and the rooftop terrace is a really nice place to relax at the end of an awesome day sight seeing. Stefano’s recommendations are also perfect. The location is stunning, steeped in nature, quiet, remote, peaceful, yet a short drive from Anghiari and Sansepolcro. Sandra and Luciano have restored this lovely old house with great attention to detail and much thought has gone into making the apartment comfortable and private for guests. There were other guests in another apartment during our stay but we didn’t see them. Sandra and Luciano were friendly and accommodating, professional hosts, on hand to help with what we needed but also very discreet. If you need peace and relaxation in breathtaking Tuscan countryside, this is the place for you. It’s perfect!

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
