Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Capoliveri

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

We stayed in the house for less than two weeks and were super satisfied. It is very generous, both inside and outside. The amenities offer everything you need. By car you can quickly get everywhere and you can also walk to Procchio. Hope to come again. Berith was always quickly available for questions and was friendly. We can warmly recommend the house.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We had a magical stay at this villa. The view from the terrace is really beautiful. The accommodation is comfortable and very well located in Portoferraio, because it is close to many points of interest.

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

We had a wonderful stay at Seccione . The accommodation and surroundings were more than we'd hoped for. The caretakers cottage is stylishly decorated with everything there you need. The garden and pool are beautiful, lovely plants and trees, amazing view with the sea right there, a very short walk to the beach. Sebastian was very friendly helpful, everything is well considered and very professional.

In the middle of winding alleys, in complete silence yet only a few steps from the cozy and lively pedestrian passage that leads along small shops to the main piazza overlooking the sea - a unique location for a relaxing and active holiday:-) Bus, restaurants, grocery store, beach and beautiful hiking trails within walking distance. If you miss a TV and Welan, maybe you should look for another place to stay. Attention: Bedlinnens and towels can be brought or rented.

The photos match the apartment perfectly, which is spacious and very nice in my opinion. Great location, quiet and relaxing area with beautiful outdoor space, it was fabulous lunch and dinner outside. Downtown Porto Azzurro can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Great!

Great experience, the studio is in the town center near the port and all amenities. We walked around using the bus to visit nearby beaches. The studio is functional and well furnished, nothing is missing. A supermarket within walking distance and nearby bakery and fishmonger. Everything as expected, even better!!!

Tinka's apartment is fantastic . Quiet and very central. You are almost right in the center of Capoliveri and right in the action. We enjoyed being quick everywhere. The apartment itself is well equipped. The kitchen is dreamy. Quaint and with everything you need to prepare a meal. Not to forget the fantastic view from the terrace. We won't forget the sunsets. We stayed a little over a week with our dog and really enjoyed the space. The view is absolutely fantastic, Giacomo was always very responsive and gave us tips for restaurants or various things and the garden is also very beautiful. The mornings on the terrace are very nice and Marciana can be reached quickly by car or on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially with a dog.

Laura's place is a gem. We felt right at home as a family of 4 (2 teens). Laura was super friendly, helpful and communicative. The flat was very clean and cute and had everything you might need. In the village there is everything you need. Restaurants, bakeries, little shops, cute beach (pebbles) and nice atmosphere. We were sad to go and would stay there again any time.

New apartment and functionally well furnished. The location is ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility with a beautiful view of the olive trees; also close to the main centers and services. The owner's attention was maximum and we had no special needs during the stay. Definitely worth returning to.

Silvia warmly welcomed to us the property and showed us round. She communicated with us as needed, was quick to respond to a query we had, and even checked that our stay was going well. The house and garden are beautiful and very well kept. It is a quiet location only 10 minutes walk from sandy Lacona beach with its clear water and snorkelling. We had a wonderful family holiday here with our adult children. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can easily cater for yourself, if you wish. The living area is spacious and the covered terrace great to eat out on - we even did so on the day it rained! Everything about the property lived up to our expectations and we enjoyed visiting other beaches, hilltop villages and walking the trails and Monte Capanne. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable and for the welcome gift in the fridge.

Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. A short 15 min walk to the beach and a small bakery nearby to buy breakfast. Very nice host and friendly housekeepers who helped during the stay.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

We only spent a weekend with 8 friends, too little, at Barbara's place. Fantastic location, for a large group it is perfect, very private and green, but reachable without too many problems from the main road that leads to the Acquabona Golfclub. Barbara is always available and kind, she also allowed us, given the end of the season, to extend the checkout to make us fully enjoy even the last day until the end. Definitely a place to come back to!

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

Riccardo and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a quiet and private area with a breathtaking sunset view from the spacious outdoor terrace. It is a short walk to town with plenty of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket, and small beach. The place was very clean, had air-conditioning, comfortable beds, and everything else we needed for a relaxing visit to Elba. We recommend renting a small car to navigate various areas of this beautiful island!
