Michèle’s apartment is a dream. It’s pretty surreal to sit on the terrace and watch people drive up to the parking lot just to enjoy the view of the bay and the nearby islands, while you’re sitting 40 meters higher, enjoying the Premium Deluxe view every day. This view is simply priceless, and you almost regret every excursion you take because you miss out on enjoying it every second. The apartment is also strategically located on the island of Sardinia. Apart from the house beach, which is just a 5-minute walk via stairs, some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches are reachable by car in 10 to 20 minutes. The apartment is part of a complex with a reception, so any problems are quickly resolved. Michèle is always responsive, replying within minutes to help with any small issues. The complex also has several restaurants with a stunning terrace and a swimming pool. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ideal for four people. We had a very nice experience in an isolated house surrounded by nature, tranquility, privacy, exceptional sea and mountain views of Tavolara and a 5-minute drive from downtown San Teodoro. Very nice architect's house combining rustic and charm. We really appreciated the quality of service and attention from Cristian, always available and super responsive, if you need anything he arrives at the house in 5 minutes! Really great! A great stay at the end of the season with deserted and splendid beaches just for us! Thanks again Anne Marie and Cristian!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!
