Great place for a large family, or 2. Plenty of space to enjoy together and a beautiful location in the rocky coast of Maine.

This place was amazing! We fully understood that this was an older home and did not expect perfection, but the owner clearly tries to maintain a very nice living environment. This literally fit our expectation of a true "Maine" experience. The house was perfect for our large group, and we are so glad that we selected this home as our choice. Not one person in our group had a single complaint. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of bedrooms, enough bathrooms so that we never had lines waiting to get in and a pleasant surprise to find personal sinks in nearly every room! The kitchen was large and well equipped for a larger group of people. The views are stunning, and the amenities provided such as kayaks, pool table and more kept everyone entertained through the entire trip. The owner was amazing as she included tips for the area, detailed instructions for the home and was very responsive. We would absolutely stay there again and would recommend this location to all!

Mary gave clear and timely instructions. The apt was neat and well appointed. The location was close to town , so very convenient. We enjoyed our stay as the apt was comfortable and clean, would return on our next trip to Boothbay. Highly recommend this location to other guests .

Nathan’s cottage was wonderfully cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway! The kitchen was fully supplied with all sorts of pots and pans and plenty of different cups and even a cocktail shaker! We were very excited to stay in one night to cook dinner and stir up some drinks! The fire was awesome, too, and warmed up the place nicely as we came in from the cold. Beyond the kitchen, we took full advantage of the DVD player and deck of cards and board games. Nathan gave us wonderful recommendations for nearby stores and trails to check out as he dropped us off fresh scones each morning. It was everything we could have asked for and more!
