House vacation rentals in Capitol Hill, Seattle

Picture this: arrive in Seattle and arrive at your condo for 3 pm check in looking straight at the Public Market sign with signature clock (which fortunately I saw on the last day of my stay at 5:50 am when I thought I set my alarm for 5:30 am but it was set for pm!). Drop our family bags and head down to the Market to find inspiration for dinner tonight. Buy great produce and seafood, two kinds of cool pasta, and a humbow to tide me over, go back up to the condo in 20 steps, welcome a few friends and family who chat and laugh and drink while they help me make dinner. So fresh, so real, so perfect in this condo right by the Market that is decked out in all the things needed to cook a great dinner and enjoy time together while ogling the fabulous Seattle waterfront. And that was just day one. Our host Taylor was easily reachable by text anytime we had a question or issue, and so kind and warm. Even helped us idiots figure out that the living room couch was a bed for our 6’4” son

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

My boyfriend and I booked our stay at Naseer's home very last minute. Host is extremely accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions. Great Price. 5 stars!

The place was exquisite, the host was accommodating allowing us for early check in. The surrounding was tranquil, my family was able to relax and be comfortable. It is overlooking the lake, walking distance to the park so we were able to visit the cherry blossoms and have our kids play in the playground. The hot tub was always hot for us and the water was clean. The place is huge, there was a steam bath in the basement, the kitchen had a huge stove and grill was readily available. I am picturing such nice summers in this place, with paddle boards and life jackets available as well. The garden was muddy because of the rain, but we were still able to enjoy the backyard with the cemented patio and the hot tubs. It was just perfect for our visit to Seattle. We did have trouble with street parking though, since the road was a bit small and the neighbors too were parking on both sides of the road, our rental car was scraped on the side mirror. So just heads up to find a better place to park

Ian's place was great. We enjoyed spending our evenings with family after the days adventure. The pool house and outside patio are amazing we all really enjoyed it. The house has anything you need and communication with Ian was prompt and easy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Beautiful home! It was a quiet location and parking space was conveniently right in front. Everything was very clean and modern and furnished so tastefully! The host really thought through what guests may need and everything was provided, from coffee and water to a first aid kit. Unfortunately, the place was booked the next night, or we would’ve wanted to stay longer! Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

My friends and I ADORED this Air BnB. A beautiful home in a beautiful Seattle neighborhood. It was a very functional and fun space to host a weekend away—kitchen well equipped for cooking, plenty of beds, great outdoor space. Sam was an excellent host who was responsive, accommodating, and communicative. Would definitely book this place again!

Eva and Sid’s place was perfect for our group traveling for a conference at the convention center! The home had plenty of towels and cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, backyard space and board games! Directions were clear and simple, kitchen was pretty well equipped, and great for dinners with our larger group. I would absolutely book again!

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect for our family and had great place to gather and play games and a sweet back yard for the little kids. Everyone was very comfortable and felt at home. And the neighborhood of Queen Anne couldn’t have been more perfect. Can’t want to come back and stay again!

We loved this spot with young kids. The backyard was really nice, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. For us, the location worked well for visiting Seattle and the nearby national parks. Joel and Sarah were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had and were very kind hosts.

We didn’t want to leave! Carter’s home is amazing in so many ways. There is everything you might want in the immaculately clean house, and then more. The view is incredible, we had as much fun enjoying the view on our ‘rest’ day as we did exploring things in the city. As hosts ourselves, we appreciate detailed communication, and Carter provides detailed information about everything in his home! We will certainly return when we come back to the area.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Burien. It was a coming home to where I once lived and it couldn’t have been a better homecoming. Jinyin’s place was the perfect retreat for me with great sunlight in the afternoons and a glimpse of the sunset over the Olympics. I was very grateful to have found such a lovely spot to stay.

This is a truly magical space. Our group of friends created forever memories over our annual weekend gathering this year. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. The chorus of the frogs from the cedar tub was fantastic. Thank Mathew!!

We booked Susu's place last minute due to water damage in our home. We stayed almost 3 weeks. It's a huge place, nicely situated off a quiet road. It was far more space than we needed, but the location made it worthwhile. The kitchen was well equipped. One thing worth knowing: the mother-in-law unit in the basement is rented out separately. Voices carry up from there incredibly clearly, so you feel like you're living with other people. None of the guests were terribly noisy, luckily. Despite that small issue, we would happily stay here again.

Such a wonderful cabin. It was super cozy and was the perfect get-a-way for our fam of 3 + 1 dog. For a place that is dog friendly, you could not tell! It was super tidy and clean and simple. Fished right off the beach, had fires and also appreciated the tv for movies at night and games. It’s in the description, but just make note of the pathway down! It’s well maintained, but if it’s rainy it can be a little slick. It definitely would not deter us from coming back but if you have a hard time mobility wise, it would be trickier! This place is 10/10

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

This place was fantastic for my recent stay with my family (5 adults, 2 young children)! The house was extremely well-stocked with a ton of stuff available for children, good quality kitchen supplies, and a huge backyard with fun activities. The home was very clean and organized and everything from the towels to the toys to the pots and pans were in very good condition. Just a note: the basement area is attached to the office with 2 queen beds and a twin bed with no wall/door separating them. I think that may have just been me not paying close attention to the listing, but I originally thought they were two separate rooms. Also, the stairs to the basement is a little cramped and you have to be a careful with the head clearance. Overall, this was easily one of the best stays I've ever had and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, especially those with children!

The house was beautiful and cozy! Very private and inviting! Anne was very proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything during our stay and it turned out to be an incredibly relaxing and restful Anniversary retreat for my wife and I.
