Gorgeous place in a beautiful town. About a thirty minute walk (or 4 minute drive!) right into downtown with cute shops and restaurants. The cottage is beautiful, clean and so cozy. Highly recommend.

Stayed in the guest house for the night, and was a peaceful and pleasant stay! Hosts were very friendly and amenable — watching the goats was a nice bonus as well!

We were in Lenox to attend a reunion for the Lenox School for Boys ( Grad “66” ). The cabin was perfect for our needs especially because we could have our dog with us. Most of our time was spent with activities scheduled for the reunion so we didn’t really get to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the cabin. This was our sixth visit to Maple Hill Farms — we just can’t get enough of it! Philip truly the best host, and his home is pure magic. We’re so grateful to have met him and to experience his incredible hospitality and a property filled with the most amazing creatures.

Beautiful cabin with authentic Adirondack furniture in great location!

There is not enough to say about the pristine beauty that is Loraine’s cabin. The instructions were helpful in navigating into the property and lights were turned on as it was dark to assure my comfortable arrival. The cabin feels like a nurturing home and is equipped with comforts and small touches. The bed was neatly made and felt like a picture walking in to see it. The stairs are cabin stairs and there is caution to take your time and step gently. Seemingly every question was answered with small notes around the cabin and a detailed welcome book. The care and attention to detail was perfection in a stay. I only wish I had been on a longer trip to fully enjoy the grounds and the surroundings. It was easy to feel at home and welcome with Loraine and Dean as hosts.

Great and very cute place, perfect location for skiing

My wife Christine and I stayed at Leslie and Michael’s gorgeous carriage house studio for three nights in April 2025. It was the second year in a row that we chose this fabulous Airbnb to celebrate our anniversary! Saratoga Springs is a fun place! It has a great vibe! And Leslie’s place is just the icing on the cake! The space is pristine and cozy! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to downtown. Very walkable! Leslie’s communication was superb and Michael greeted us when we arrived to show us the space. Leslie was attentive to us during our stay while also respectful of our privacy! A classy space and classy hosts! A number 1!

The cabin was a peaceful respite. Cozy, comfy, and the stream was so calming. Sophie's restaurant recommendations were excellent, the Korean restaurant is a hidden gem.

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

Carolyn + Dan's place was a magical getaway! It was so peaceful, cozy, modern and aesthetically pleasing! I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from your busy schedule! If you also want to eat at a good restaurant nearby, Julia's local is good! For cinnamon bun & drinks, paracasa is also amazing!

John's place is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Very close to the track. A couple of good Restaurant's near by. Pictures and description of property were perfect. Place was spacious and very clean. Perfect for a couple or 2 couples. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is great. Fully renovated and all new appliances. Spacious, clean and everything you could want. This was perfect for me, my wife, little baby and our dog. The back yard was perfect for our city dog to get a little country time.

Loved staying at Gabriella’s place. Conveniently located and easy to find. We were arriving late and Gabriella made sure that the walkway was free of ice and snow (there had been some snowfall earlier). Absolutely spotless!! Will def stay here again.

I spent a weekend at Chris's adorable country home and I loved every second of it. From her warm greeting with her sweet pup Emma, to the fresh fruit and snacks she provided, to the clean and comfortable apartment, everything was just as wonderful as I expected it to be from the pictures and listing. But for me, the absolute highlight was the immediate access to walking trails through nearby woods and fields, and a paved rail trail that led to more extensive walking trails through a farm preserve, as well as the quaint neighboring towns. But if hiking wasn't my thing, I would have been just as happy sitting on the deck or curled up in the bright and sunbathed living room with a good book. I hope to be able to return some day to this beautiful area and charming location.

Beautiful location and cute house. Lydia was a great host and proactive as it was very cold this week and she had put space heaters in the house before we arrived to help with the heat. Nicely furnished and she was always available if we needed anything.

We enjoyed our trip up to the county cottages so much! It was so refreshing to have everything we needed on our trip (even some things we forgot to pack). It is a very serene, quiet and friendly place. They have a beautiful place there with so much to do for the whole family. We are already planning our trip next year to go back! They have two large playgrounds for kids, one is a treehouse which was a huge hit for both my kids. The game room had some arcade games and a ping pong table which we used daily. They also have a pavilion that you can grill food, relax and play a game of pool. Right next to that they have a fire pit with a ton of Adirondack chairs. The pool was heated and was very clean! Bonnie gave us tons of recommendations for local restaurants in town and was always around saying hello and asking how we were doing. That made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to coming back and saying with them next year!

We loved this house! The interior was spotless, well-considered, and tasteful. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. There is a picturesque stream at the rear of the property. Lucy was thoughtful and responsive: It snowed heavily one evening, and she immediately had the driveway plowed. We skied at Catamount, visited Mass MoCA, and had a delicious dinner at The Prairie Whale in Great Barrington. We can't wait to return!

Tom was great, he delivered messages for check in and check out on time. Made sure we didnt have any questions and everything was perfect. The place was exactly what we saw in the pictures. The place was clean. Had everything we needed. everything was perfect Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic place for a weekend getaway! Gail is a lovely host and very responsive. You have one room as shown in the picture, and a separate bathroom with a shower, towels, and toilets. It's a 20 second walk away from the main room. We visited during autumn and the trees were beautiful. You can use a grill and fireplace, as well as a boat on the small lake. Can highly recommend!

The barn was set on a beautiful piece of property that was peaceful and relaxing. It snowed while we were there which made it perfect❄️ We went to some lovely restaurants and coffee places in both Lenox and Stockbridge which were only a few minutes away by car. You can find places to visit, eat and answers to any questions you might have in a great book Ilana has put together for her guests❤️ Thank you😉
