A great cozy spot for a weekend upstate! The room was big and had a nice walk-in closet area as well as a comfy seating area to enjoy a few local beers while looking out at the mountains. The fire pits were great as well. What we most appreciated were thoughtful extras like a really useful map of the area + local recommendations, complementary granola and yogurt, french press coffee, etc. Really everything you'd need to have a comfortable stay. We plan to come back and try the restaurant when we don't have our dog with us.

My wife and I stayed at Neil & Kryssy’s while in town for a class reunion. Check-in could not have been easier, and the room was just as described and was immaculate. Our room was close to great restaurants, a tavern, and a great little bakery that was across the street. A bonus was finding out that the Catskill Creek was right nearby as well. Our room was comfortable and was a great place to relax and rest up during our hectic weekend. Neil & Kryssy are great hosts whose place helped make our weekend even more relaxing.

We had a great stay! The host was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the parking lot, check in, etc. They even gave us a heads-up when the weather started to turn, so that we could plan accordingly. The room was comfortable and very spacious, and the location was super convenient. Even with a winter storm hitting, we were able to walk to coffee shops, great restaurants, and multiple bookstores. Would definitely recommend!

The Bond is a rare gem that follows thru with what it shows on airbnb. I stayed in one of two dog friendly rooms for 2 weeks for a work trip and I couldn’t of been happier with my choice. If you stay on the weekends the restaurant is hands down the best place in town for food as well as service. Would highly recommend for a long or short stay.

The hotel was absolutely adorable. So chic and cute, the room itself was beautiful. Right on the main strip with all of the cute restaurants and shops, we had an amazing time. There was a coffee bar on each floor with an espresso machine and coffee pot, it was great. I will be staying again!

East Rock Inn was awesome ! 4 minutes from Butternut mountain , and a few minutes from town where there were restaurants, shopping , many antique stores . It was comfortable, spacious , clean . We would definitely stay there again !

Smythe house was just what my husband and I were looking for during a cozy fall weekend in the Catskills. We never saw Justine but she was very communicative and responsive to anything we needed. We were late in checking in and she didn’t mind at all. The b&b is in a great location, convenient to hiking trails and other Catskills attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Stan made sure we had information on all of the local restaurants, which was super helpful! The hot tub was wonderful, clean, and was perfect for the two of us to enjoy comfortably. Check in was easy and the room was very comfortable. We would happily return!

Perfectly located just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of Hudson, making it easy to explore on foot. While the kitchenette is tiny, the room and bathroom were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The extra-fluffy towels were a lovely touch, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, I slept soundly. It was also nice to have a TV to unwind to at the end of the day. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, you can hear conversations and music from neighboring rooms. Being walking distance to everything while still being on a quiet and peaceful side street, along with the room’s cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness, far outweighed this minor issue. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. And a nice bonus was being able to store my backpack before and after check-in. Overall, a great stay!

When a mechanical problem became evident the response was immediate, communication very concise and effective. As was the repair, which was accomplished while we were out enjoying our day, seamlessly! What might have been disruptive to our stay was quickly resolved; and the alternative (should the problem defy quick repair, we were offered re-location within the building on the initiative of the host ! ) demonstrated the care and concern of the host. I am highly impressed, and 'satisfied' understates our experience. Nautical Nest is centrally located, wonderfully appointed, comfortable, and charming - perfect for our two-night business stay in Hudson. On return to the area we'd definitely re-book here. I had an amazing stay at eastwind! The hotel and room were exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and right next door is union + post where you can have dinner. Eastwind had a link sent to your phone when we checked in that was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient spot. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!

Charming location and excellent hosts; within 30 minutes to downtown Cooperstown (beautiful farmland and country drives); adjacent restaurant has an outstanding menu and bar; room was very clean and well-appointed; would stay here again without hesitation!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Loved the area by the track barns, very nice to walk around and close to some great places to get drinks and dinner. Although the room was small, it was all we needed. It is a very unique use of the building !
