The apartment is new. It's attached to my home. It has a separate entrance through the carport. It has a nice backyard with churrasquera. I am a person with a FRIENDLY mind. I ask for serious and responsible behavior, not drugs or excesses. NO GARAGE. The vehicle can be left at the door, parking and other parking areas. The area has cameras and there is a police section 100 m2. CLEANING BY GUESTS. No children or pets allowed.

If you like quiet neighborhoods but in the city center and close to everything, you'll love this place. The house is located 3 blocks from Av. San Martín, the backbone and commercial hub of the city of Mendoza, but also 5 blocks from the green Civic Park and its Government House. The house has everything you need to spend a few wonderful days in Mza and we hope you do :)
