Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

It offers a gentle life and warm comfort. Decorated with care and with a passion for objects, the house is a natural interlude near typical villages with many amenities (bakery-pastry shop, butcher-delicatessen, restaurants, supermarket, etc.), not far from wonderful tourist sites.

Bernay is a tourist sub-prefecture, with a theater, a media library and movie theaters. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from all shops and services, including the train station (1 hr 20 min from Paris and 1 hr from Deauville). Highway A 28 is 7 km away. Quiet house (double glazing) with modern comforts (Wi-Fi, TV, walk-in shower, underfloor heating, dishwasher, automated front door... Sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace and lawn.

Large and beautiful Normandy longhouse comfortable and spacious, without neighbors (outside the cows from spring to autumn) on a 1 ha garden, with pond and orchard (old cider press). Very quiet, with the possibility of large puffs outside and inside, period charm, beams, stones, bauge, and real cozy comfort, with about ten bikes of all sizes, rustic but functional. Deauville is 50 km away, and within 30', forest, stud farms, castles, etc.

This spacious house has recently been refurbished in a modern style. On the ground floor: a large living room composed of a bright living room and a dining room that opens both to the garden and to a large covered terrace which is also accessed from the kitchen. There is also an entrance with laundry area, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a hallway provides access to the three bedrooms, an attic bathroom and a separate toilet.
