Beachfront vacation rentals in Cape San Blas

I brought my teenage daughters and my partner here during the girls’ spring break. We picked Maria’s place because we were looking for something just like what was described by her and in the comments of others who stayed there. In short, we wanted to stay in a home on the beach in a not crowded area, where there are plenty of outdoor activities but where we could be just as comfortable doing absolutely nothing. THIS PLACE WAS IT! Maria’s home is clean, spacious enough for 10 people to fit comfortably, with large living and kitchen areas and relaxing outdoor spaces including the decks, pool and beach. The views are spectacular. We didn’t swim on the beach in front of the house, but there are miles of gorgeous swimmable public beaches just up the road. We paid $6 to enjoy the amazing soft white sand and clear turquoise water at the state park further up 30E. Great restaurants in Port St Joe, just a 20 min drive. Maria was responsive and helpful! We loved staying here! We will be back!

Our second time at Kate’s home. It is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Kate has the essentials stocked, and this year we were given welcome gifts! The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach while also being private.

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

Had a great stay, close to the beach with beach chairs, towels, beach toys. We ate in all but one evening.. beach view is amazing.

Fantastic, family-friendly vacation rental and location! The house is exactly as photographed and listed. The golf cart is the best perk, our family had so much fun riding it on the cart-only road over to the shops and pool. Beach was practically empty each day and the heated pool is great for toddlers. We would absolutely come back. Charlie, was very responsive and helpful no matter the question. Wish we didn’t have to leave!

We had 3 adults & 3 teens staying at the Tipsy Turtle. There was plenty of space for the whole group. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area & the Adirondack chairs, although we didn't use the fire table. An easy walk to the beach, and having all of the extras made our experience so much better. Pool towels, wagon to bring our fishing gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. Walk to the pool or beach were both easy. It was just a short 10 min ride to all of the restaurants, stores, etc. in Port St. Joe. We felt so far away staying at the home and it was so peaceful, but then having really just a quick jaunt to town. We enjoyed The Mill Mercantile for some drinks which was much closer, within the same subdivision/community as we were staying. Having 3 refrigerators, two laundry facilities, and two complete kitchens were wonderful. We did a lot of cooking at the house. We also hired a fishing charter for 3 days, we were able to go for 4 hours each day, and the marina they used was right in PSJ.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

Great location and the view - wow! The porch has an outdoor table that's perfect for watching the sunrise, sunset, and puzzling. The home was very clean and even though the home is pet friendly, there was no trace of pet hair or smell which is common in other pet friendly homes. A hot tub with a beach view was icing on the cake. Plus, the rental came with a credit for beach equipment, and we rented bikes! Didn't know how fun that could be as we were able to explore further along the beach. The outside pictures do need to be updated as there are 2 new builds RIGHT next door that have a direct sightline to the hot tub -- maybe an outdoor curtain could be added for a bit of privacy. We were fortunate that both homes were not occupied while we were there. I did go back to look for the QR code for a discount on the next booking, but it wasn't on the fridge. Hopefully it's in an email to me! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Kimberly was very easy to work with. She was accommodating and very helpful. The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. I would definitely stay again. I think they are installing a pool which will be a nice enhancement, but either way a great place given that the beach is so close.

We had a great time here! We loved that we were right by the pool but it was still quiet! The location is great. It’s close Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas or PCB if you need more touristy things to do one of the days (we did a really fun pirate cruise in PCB). Just be aware that if you have young children that you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach and unfortunately not everyone slowed down or acknowledged the crosswalk flashing lights. There is also construction directly across the street to walk around too but I know they are rebuilding so that didn’t bother us at all. We never heard any noise from it either. There is definitely plenty of room and we felt safe staying here! We brought a lot of beach stuff with us but it was nice to have an extra umbrella. There are also plenty of beach towels and chairs and floats! It had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with which we did most days we were there. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at Eliseo's place! The house was very nice and clean as well as roomy and well stocked. We had small children and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys and a beach cart at the house, so it was nice to not have to bring any beach necessities with us. The kids also enjoyed the pool and fishing off the back dock in the canal. Eli was super responsive and there were not a lot of check out rules and cleaning, which is nice when trying to pack up with children. We are hoping to get the house again for a trip later this year!

We loved our stay! The home was lovely and had everything we needed. Already looking at dates to come back this summer.

We had an incredible spring break at “Don’t Worry Beach Happy”! We were two families with six kids, and the house was perfect for our group. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout gave everyone enough room to relax, and the kids loved having their own space to hang out. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, but also in a quiet, peaceful area. We spent our days exploring, playing in the sand, and enjoying the laid-back charm of Port St. Joe. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals for our big group, and the outdoor space was great for unwinding in the evenings. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make spring break memories. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Beautiful home and great hosts. Our family of 5 had the best time in this home and made a ton of memories. The beach was not crowded, the town had small town vibes, but everyone was super friendly, and the food was amazing! They had the smart tvs set up for easy access to Disney and other apps, which was great to help the kids wind down at bed time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again!

This rental was perfect for our family getaway. It was very kid friendly and pup friendly, yet nice and clean! We loved the fenced backyard. It was a great space for the dogs, for the kids to play, to grill, and to have a fire in the fire pit. The location is also great - walkable to the beach and just a short drive to restaurants in Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. The owners have considered so many details and provided many thoughtful touches that we really appreciated. The rental comes with nearly everything you need. All the beach supplies and beach cart were so great to have. We hope to come back!

The location of this Airbnb was perfect. It had such a big yard and was steps to the ocean. Rachel, the host was amazing and thought of everything. She gave great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with and always answered right away. We were very impressed with the property and plan to go back. Highly recommend!! We didn’t want to leave. 10 out of 10 experience!

The house has a beautiful view and we could hear the ocean waves at night. Very conveniently located- steps away from the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

We stay at CSB every year and THIS house was perfect! I’ve looked at renting here before but it’s always booked! Close to the public beach, close to longboat restaurant (one of our favs) less than a 3 minute drive to St. Joseph trail & bay where you can rent a boat or kayak - highly recommend! The house had everything a family of 5 with three young children needed to be comfortable for over a week. Brianna was such a sweetheart and very accommodating!

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

This was a nice home. We especially found the elevator handy for my disabled husband. There was plenty of seating for all of us. Beach chairs and toys came in handy as well.

This adorable little cottage was literally feet from the beach and less than 500 feet from the trading post where there was coffee and groceries and everything I needed. I didn’t have to get in the car to get anything I wanted unless I absolutely wanted to go farther away. It was perfect and I can’t wait to come back again.
