Monthly Rentals in Cape Otway

A calm and quite place, great outdoor space for our dog. The accommodation was present neat and tidy. Sue provided all amenities needed including torches for night walks!. We spotted two koalas in the trees close to our accommodation. Closest town area is Apollo Bay, which is half an hour drive, so guests have to bring necessary items from there, but there are two restaurants just 10min drive away. Secluded Johanna beach is nearby, but it is only to enjoy its majestic view, not suitable for swim -even for experts!. So, we went to Apollo Bay and enjoy the beachy vibes and great sea food, it is not far from this accommodation. This is a great place if you love to explore and do walking's in west side of Otway national park, including tree top walks, adventures, walking through giant ferns tree filled forests chasing waterfalls, Melba gully, and beautiful Air River.

A beautiful place to stay that makes it feel like a night in a comfy forest cabin. Location has good food options in town or a good functional kitchen to make your own meals. Nearby is the wildlife wonders sanctuary which was worth visiting. Note that the bathroom and kitchen are downstairs and the loft is up stairs. Nice fireplace supplied with wood or heater option. Host Jessie answered messages instantly and quick to make sure we had whatever we needed. They were very friendly and have a lovely property with two super friendly pups. Very happy with the stay.

Highly recommend Geoff’s place for a peaceful getaway. Lots of nature walks in the area and plenty to spot from the deck on the property as well (Koalas, kangaroos, birds). The house was impeccably cleaned, with a gorgeous fireplace and plenty of books to read and DVD’s to watch which was a lovely extra touch. Geoff was really helpful, had plenty of local knowledge and was great for a chat as I was coming and going. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

A great little Air BnB, in a quiet and peaceful area. The cottage was so lovely and cosy, we felt right at home. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, and bush land, we were lucky enough to see some koalas and other wildlife whilst walking around the area. It was close enough to Apollo bay however felt very remote.
