lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

Beautiful accommodation, the curtains are beautiful, well-structured and super equipped. There's everything you need to cook. The hot tub on the porch is a real treat. The owners are beautiful people, they welcomed us very well and we felt right at home. The houses are in the middle of beautiful olive and orange trees, a real immersion in nature, along with horses and other animals. We had a great time, we really recommend it!

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. Quiet residential area between the sea and the village. Everything was perfect for us! Thanks Sergio!

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

I fell in love with the house from the photos and live is exactly as it is presented: creative, welcoming, comfortable, cared for, clean, spacious and super-stocked! The house has all the comforts imaginable. It also has a lot of extra things (e.g. all body products both for bathing and for the sea), very useful for those like me who travel by plane with a light luggage. Chiara was immediately welcoming, very kind and very helpful. It welcomes you with a welcome aperitif, has an agreement with the pastry shop in front for breakfast, and in the fridge it makes you find tasty surprises, such as the exceptional and typical homemade myrtle. It gives you valuable information about how to get around and what to visit. The location is super convenient to both downtown and the sea. What's more: go there!! Highly recommended!!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️🙏

The place was exactly as pictured. Locationally, it was one street away from the center of the city and all other major buildings (train station, restaurants, shops, etc.) were within a 10-minute walk. Nice tidy bedroom and bathroom in immaculate condition. Other than that, Matteo was always very responsive to all of our requests. I can't hesitate to recommend this place to everyone!
