L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.

Manu and Mauro are super great landlords. Very helpful, friendly and quick in communication. The apartment is clean and as shown in the pictures. In the neighborhood there are a lot of dogs, which of course also bark a lot, but you can still get some rest.

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Leandro is an exceptional host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything worked in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local products. This house is a great place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. Downtown is a 15-minute drive. I recommend this rental without reservations.

Title: Fantastic apartment on the sea Review: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location right on the sea is unbeatable – we were able to wake up to the sound of the waves every morning and enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly liked the personal service: The landlord was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. The proximity to the beach was ideal – just a few steps and we were on the water. Shopping and restaurants were also within walking distance. Very nice, well located house which is equipped with everything you need. The view and location are a dream, but a car is really recommended. Giulia was always there to help us and had good "insider tips" for not so well known, but for this reason very quiet and wonderful beaches and excellent restaurants. Check-in was flexible and easy.

The spacious, bright apartment with a great large balcony is on the 2nd floor in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment has everything you need including great books about Sardinia. There were three of us there and we felt comfortable. There is a good pizzeria nearby. A car is an advantage for shopping. Urban Cagliari can be reached by car, but also by bus. Cagliari airport is about 20 km away. Federico is a very friendly and helpful host. Communication with him was quick and easy both for check-in and for tips and advice for the area. Gladly come again :-).

Serena welcomed us as friends, the house was very clean and complete with everything you need, the possibility of having a large outdoor area where you can shower and put all the material is a great advantage. The outdoor terrace is large and allows you to dine quietly. Area closed by a gate and therefore absolute security. The sea with a beautiful beach is just 120 meters away. I can only recommend the place
