Monthly Rentals in Capannelle, Rome

Margherita is a wonderful host. She responds quickly to all messages and is very kind. Due to arriving at night, she allowed us to self check-in. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit older, but everything is clean and the most important appliances (like a bed, some of the bathroom fixtures) are new. The only downside is the location - on the outskirts of the city, but it is quite easy to get to the center (the bus from the house takes us to the end of the metro line A), so it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center, all on one ticket (valid in Rome for 100 minutes and allows for transfers). On the ground floor of the buildings there are two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a coffee bar, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Hi, In winter 2025, we stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks. From our arrival to our departure, we were delighted with the availability of our host as well as the location in the southern suburbs of the city of Rome. Our hosts have always answered our questions within an hour. The apartment is conveniently located close to bus rides whether to go to the ancient arrondissement or to get to the metro station. The kitchen is complete and everything is functional. We can only recommend this apartment for long or short stays. If we return to Rome, it is certain that we would like to stay there for another 6 weeks. Thanks again to Susana and Erika for their kindness:) Pierre and Louise
