We really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was perfect for the heat and everything was perfectly clean! The guardian was very helpful as well, and very polite. This would be a place that we would stay again!

Spent a lovely time in Popenguine relaxing in a home away from home. Nothing to fault at all in the accommodation. Ablaye and Khady were great and at hand if anything was needed. Lication fantastic for being on your own, but close enough to go further up to a more touristic beach. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the fishermen go out on the water in the morning and children playing on the beach. Highly recommended. Thank you Angela 😊

Beautiful house, very clean, spacious and quiet. The pool is superbly maintained, a big thank you to the pool attendant who comes by discreetly every morning to do a remarkable job. The welcome and check-out were also very professional and warm.

Very nice stay. A welcoming host, very active and at any time. Clean accommodation with everything listed in the description. Cute studio with air conditioning and everything close by. For someone who places great importance on the energy of spaces, I can say that René's studio immediately gave me a feeling of "home" in my first phase of settling in Dakar. The space is well decorated and beautiful in its simplicity. The kitchen is shared with Rene and his family, but I didn't feel uncomfortable because they made me feel at ease right away. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a connection with a host and to be located in a lively little neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The villa is very well arranged, the garden is beautiful, well maintained and relaxing... Benjamin and Salie are adorable, Benjamin is always available when needed and Salie is radiant. We'll be back:)

We had a great weekend (2 nights) in Popenguine thanks to AirBnB! Next to the beach and the national park (which we enjoyed for a short family hike). Only nuisance: lots and lots of mosquitoes inside the house on arrival! and not enough spray/anti-mosquito products. Remember to bring your sprays ;) Otherwise, excellent value!! To be repeated :)

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in Nathalie's house. Located in a peaceful setting, between lagoon and ocean, Somone offers an environment conducive to relaxation and discovery. The house itself is a haven of peace: well-maintained, spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped to accommodate a family. The living spaces are comfortable, the terrace is ideal for alfresco dining. The environment is quiet, conducive to rest, while remaining close to amenities and beaches. We felt at home there from the very first moments. This is an address that we will remember without hesitation, and where we will come back with greatness. The apartment is really very well located, in the heart of the Plateau district, one of the most lively and interesting places in Dakar, with plenty to do and visit. Thanks to this location, we were able to do a lot of things on foot. The neighborhood is pleasant and convenient. Aminata was extremely kind, accommodating and very responsive, always anxious to make sure our stay went smoothly. I would recommend it in a second!

We had a great time at Bineta's place. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. The decor is neat and warm, the bedding is particularly comfortable and everything is very clean. The terrace is also a real plus. There are supermarkets nearby, the bus is also a 5 minute walk away and otherwise taxis run regularly. Finally, Bineta is always full of good advice and available. She helped us several times (arrival in the middle of the night delayed by a flight delay, recommendations for tailors...) We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Madame Zeinab is a generous and welcoming host! She was communicative and made sure I had everything that I needed. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the location, right in the middle of Medina. The apartment was well equipped for either a long or short term stay. And the femme de ménage, Marie, is absolutely lovely. I recommend Madame Zeinab’s apartment to all!

Had a great time at this Airbnb apartment. The host was very responsive and professional, providing clear instructions before and during my stay, which made my arrival and settling in very easy. The accommodation is in a great location, close to restaurants, a hypermarket, and several banks, which was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the building is well secured, which gave me a sense of tranquility throughout my stay. The only small inconvenience was the lack of mosquito netting for the bedroom window, but it didn't really affect my comfort, it's just a minor detail. In summary, I am very satisfied with this experience and highly recommend this listing!

I was in Dakar with my twin sister celebrating our birthday. Aida’s apartment was clean, well-appointed, and close to the beach for morning walks. Aida is a responsive and flexible host. She immediately assisted us with a few hiccups we had during our stay. Our teens, who were on break from an intensive Qu’ran program appreciated the smart tv and Netflix! We appreciated the thoughtful touches like bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is suitable for a longer stay with oven, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Aida’s hospitality!! Thank you.
