Vacation rentals with beach access in Cap-Vert

Staying at this Airbnb was the best experience we have ever had at an Airbnb. The receptionist was so kind, even called us at the airport to confirm we were still coming after our flight was delayed. Once we arrived, the staff was so helpful. They brought our bags to our room, gave us a tour, even provided water for us. They offered to drop us off at locations if we needed assistance. The host and staff were very quick to assist in any way they could. If we are ever to come back to Dakar for another trip we would 100% return to this location. We have already recommended this place to our colleagues. Thank you for a fantastic trip to Dakar and thank you for the amazing stay at your location.

The unit was as pictured, was equally impressed when I arrived at the unit. The location is located on a residential road which provided a level of privacy. It's centrally located, there are a lot of shops, restaurants, and vendors within a 1-5 minute walking distance. There are banks with ATM's and currency exchanges equally as close. The beach is a shirt 10 minute walk away, which granted easy access to the coastline and more amenities. I would recommend coming here solely for the convenience of having everything nearby without needing a vehicle to get around. Taxis are also very easy to get from this location, there is a main road at the corner of the residential street. There was parking available, though the street is pretty tight with cars, there was always parking available for a vehicle. For a first time in Senegal, this place is ideal and made my stay in Dakar easy. The host was readily available and responsive when I had questions.

The host and his team showed great attention at every stage of my stay, from the welcome to my departure. The apartment is stylish and has exceptional views of the Renaissance Monument, visible from all rooms, including the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was perfect for the heat and everything was perfectly clean! The guardian was very helpful as well, and very polite. This would be a place that we would stay again!

Spent a lovely time in Popenguine relaxing in a home away from home. Nothing to fault at all in the accommodation. Ablaye and Khady were great and at hand if anything was needed. Lication fantastic for being on your own, but close enough to go further up to a more touristic beach. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the fishermen go out on the water in the morning and children playing on the beach. Highly recommended. Thank you Angela 😊

Beautiful house, very clean, spacious and quiet. The pool is superbly maintained, a big thank you to the pool attendant who comes by discreetly every morning to do a remarkable job. The welcome and check-out were also very professional and warm.

We had a great weekend (2 nights) in Popenguine thanks to AirBnB! Next to the beach and the national park (which we enjoyed for a short family hike). Only nuisance: lots and lots of mosquitoes inside the house on arrival! and not enough spray/anti-mosquito products. Remember to bring your sprays ;) Otherwise, excellent value!! To be repeated :)

This is such a peaceful location right on a quiet stretch of beach! It was clean and well kept and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Aziz, the guardian, was on sight and available for any need, but respected our privacy. Lovely place - would definitely come again. Note: the listing mentions a pool, pool table and bbq grill - none of which are available.

Super small quiet house near the sea. Guest pool accessible on schedule. Good little restaurants nearby. cut does the cleaning every day for you to enjoy. Alex and Anne are wonderful hosts, welcoming, responsive, accommodating, friendly. thanks, we'll be back.

Great place

A huge thank you to my host, the lady I spoke to on the phone who kindly called me, as well as Cisse the co-host, the security guards of the residence, really hats off for this absolutely perfect stay! The welcome was warm, attentive and professional from start to finish. The accommodation was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped, as described, and even better in real life! I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches that really made a difference. Location is ideal, quiet and secure. I would recommend this host without hesitation, and I would be happy to come back. A real 5 stars!

I was in Dakar with my twin sister celebrating our birthday. Aida’s apartment was clean, well-appointed, and close to the beach for morning walks. Aida is a responsive and flexible host. She immediately assisted us with a few hiccups we had during our stay. Our teens, who were on break from an intensive Qu’ran program appreciated the smart tv and Netflix! We appreciated the thoughtful touches like bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is suitable for a longer stay with oven, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Aida’s hospitality!! Thank you.

Had a nice stay at Atsede Maryam's place. Yoff is a nice neighborhood and the beach is around the corner from the apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, and there was plenty of kitchen equipment for if you wanted to make something yourself.

Really , we loved this experience too much. The host is a very kind person, he made us feel so comfortable , we felt at home, we didn't even want to go 😅 home. I highly recommend you, if you would like to rest , the place is quiet , clean , no noise , friendly . Every time we needed something , he was there to help us. Fatou's apartment is really super chic, very spacious and to top it off the cleanliness and good smell were really there. Fatou and her entire team were really attentive, very professional with clear and precise communication, and all with excellent customer orientation. We had a great time at Mouhamadou's place. Upon our arrival, the welcome was perfect: Mamadou is available, responsive and very friendly. You immediately feel comfortable. The accommodation itself is spacious, very clean and well arranged. It is bright, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay, whether for a few days or longer. We feel that everything has been thought out for the comfort of the guests. The location is also ideal: the neighborhood is quiet while being close to many shops, restaurants and services. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transport, which makes getting around very convenient. In short, a great experience!
