Monthly Rentals in Cap de Nice

We had an incredible stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking—truly even better than the photos. The town, restaurants, and shops are just a beautiful 15-minute walk away, and there’s a grocery store only five minutes from the property. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay, and it was resolved immediately. If you’re arriving by car, be aware that the driveway is quite small, so it’s best not to bring a large vehicle. We truly didn’t want to leave—we had such a wonderful time. This place is a must-stay absolutely magnifique!!

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

This is a nice modern apartment. The verandah is a good size and south facing giving you breakfast in the sun and sunsets. The road is on the other side is thus not intrusive. Great location for exploring Nice, Port Lympia, Mont Boron and Ville Franche Nearby bakery and shop. Good restaurants everywhere. Comfy bed, hot water and TV (if you want)

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.
