Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a great stay Cecile was always available and the accommodation is very well thought out for a family with 3 teenagers.

Celine and Christophe are welcoming hosts with exemplary availability while remaining very discreet. We stayed two months in this cute, well-equipped little house a quarter of an hour from the sea on foot and we fully enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend.

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like we were staying with friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from the photos and even prettier) and it is very well-equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

What a beautiful house!! Perfect for a family holiday, lots of space for us all and an amazing pool and outside space. The view is incredible and the village charming. A great location if you want to explore the Cote D'Azur but also have some peace and quiet in an authentic French village. Isabelle was incredibly helpful before we arrived and through our stay. Beautiful accommodation. Very private. Nice pool which you often get to yourself. Most residents really friendly. Very spacious with everything you need. All bedrooms good sized. 20 minute walk into Antibes and 10 mins to local supermarket. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Buses are cheap if you don’t want to walk. Trains are cheap if you want day trips out to Monaco, Cannes etc. Ana was very helpful throughout and you receive a welcome pack with loads of useful information. Would highly recommend.

Emmanuelle is a hospitality professional. She is friendly and welcoming. Its duplex is as described in the advertisement. We slept very well in a quiet and serene place. Beautiful house, perfect for several families where everyone feels good. Wonderful outdoor space, between the pool, the garden and the kitchen/barbecue area where you can find everything a cook needs to make a good meal. Close to small quality shops with very welcoming people. And finally a very warm welcome. Thanks for this beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful house in the middle of a lovely area. Sylvie was very helpful and flexible around arrival and departure. The house has everything in equipment, good internet and Apple TV. Our 2 year old granddaughter also had a wonderful holiday with hours in the hot tub and play on the terrace. We loved the place and are already planning our next stay at the lovely house.

It was a pleasure to stay at Laetitia's, the apartment was clean and compliant, we enjoyed the private courtyard and the scent of orange blossoms.

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

Beautiful secluded cabin in the south of France. Small and cold plunge pool. Very cosy.

Five stars all around! Location, location, location! Plus a beautifully decorated interior with lots of artwork and a huge garden with many different “rooms”. Melanie is charming and responsive. Fully equipped kitchen. We had plans for sightseeing but hardly left the property, spending the week reading and relaxing, and enjoying the views in this beautiful spot.

Judith is super welcoming and responsive, booked the day before for the next day. We had a great time in a place full of charm tastefully decorated by Judith and in the color of her world.
