It is located in the heart of Bernay on a very quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered buildings ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
