Wallace Lodge - Unique experience

WilliamRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Wallace Lodge was by far the most beautiful and peaceful of our entire trip. The house was the perfect mix of modern amenities with a rustic feel, everything from the private Loch to the sheep in the surrounding fields made our stay even that much better. Wallace was a most helpful and gracious host, from letting us check in s little early, to showing us how to work the appliances. The hot tub overlooking the private Loch was the icing on the cake for this amazing place. would definitely come back here for a vacation.

The Squirrels Aviemore -4 bed house with hot tub.

PhilipRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The Squirrel's is more than a home-from-home, not just that it is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need, but it add's that special something, and that is being in a peaceful, relaxing spot in the countryside of Aveimore. Sarah really has made the Squirrel's a place you can enjoy coming back to after a long day out - and actually, if you are not into walking or any of the other activities you can do in Aveimore - you can just sit back and relax in this wonderful home. It's only a short walk to all the restaurants and shops you could need, but nicely tucked away that you won't be bothered in the busy season.

Buzzard Cottage nestled in the hills with hot tub

MegRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely fantastic location, out of the way and really peaceful. Another Airbnb next door but was exactly as advertised and contact with other guests was minimal and no issue at all. Perfect for a Scottish getaway in the Trossachs. The accommodation was clean, tidy and so well decorated - a home from home! Alison and Matt were so accommodating. Really helpful and friendly. We even asked about bringing a BBQ and they kindly offered their own for ease. Would absolutely recommend the stay to family and friends! Thank you for a lovely stay, 5*

Loch Lomond area. Luxury Cottage with hot tub.

SiriRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Secluded, peaceful, private property with a river at the bottom of the garden. Bright, airy, clean, well furnished accommodation. Loved the log burner. Very well attended clean hot tub. Owners were very attentive for any needs should they be required but not intrusive at all. The bedrooms were clean and well furnished with fully equipped bathrooms - upstairs and downstairs. Great towels provided. Plenty of space to have a quiet time inside or outside from the hot tub or seating area at the large table with chairs. Beautiful views of the river and fields through the French doors. Nice touch of freshly baked scones welcomed us on arrival. Unfortunately we could not spend much time enjoying the property over our 3 day stay due to our daughter’s wedding but we would definitely love to return again. A great property to spend time as a family with children as there is an outside play area for children and huge amount of board games and toys available in the house.

Balnacraig Lodge(STB 4 star)

Vanessa LaurenceRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Balnacraig house is a great house in a beautiful location / we rented the property with another 3 couples as we were invited to a birthday party just down the road. So the location was perfect. It is a beautiful house well located with all facilities needed although we did not really have time to enjoy it. Linda was great to communicate with and we definitely would return again.

Lovely walks and countryside, including a nice stroll round the headland from the Airbnb. Comfortable, clean, great communication from Ralph, well equipped, and would definitely be back if the opportunity arose. Thanks so much for having us.

Camas Tana

CarolineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We LOVED our stay at Claudia’s property it was the perfect get away to celebrate my partners 50th birthday. The location and setting was wonderful with lots of great attractions within the village, particularly the viaduct, monument, loch shiel boat trip and the train station dinning carriage that does a fantastic breakfast. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the Glenfinnan House Hotel with clear views over to Ben Nevis. The property is also perfect for venturing further afield, we caught the ferry over to the Isle of Skye for the day, had a day at Loch Ness and also a day on the wonderful beaches of Arisaig. The lodge was so comfortable, cosy and well equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We had daily visits from red deer in the garden and loved the peace and tranquility despite being so close to such a major attraction as the viaduct. Thank you so much for having us Claudia!

Argyll Retreat by Lock Eck. Argyll Forest Park.

Robbie is a fantastic host. We travelled nearly 7hrs to get to the location and I asked him if it would be possible to check in early. He was so so flexible and couldn’t do enough for us. We were able to check in at 12 which really really helped us out. The lodge is in a great location if you enjoy walking or exploring. You have a beach nearby as well as loads of walks. We went for dinner in Dunoon at the 51st state which was very nice! I also left my jacket at Robbie’s lodge and he has been kind enough to return it to me. Lovely place to explore… thank you

Craigrowan Croft (An Sean Tigh)

GerryRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Craigrowan Croft is a lovely place to stay - Grant and Laura seem to have thought of everything. Underfloor heating is great, really good shower and nice to try out a Jacuzzi bath. There is ancient oak woodland close by and some good local walks. We didn't have great weather but managed to fill our time in an enjoyable way. We went to the Ariundle Centre (close by) a couple of times and had nice lunch/evening meal.

Gorgeous Highland retreat

EricRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Well, where do we start. This place was the country pace and experience we were looking for. We like the country, we don’t mind the things that come with it. Liz was kind, very intentional and the home felt like home. The bedding was very firm and we had a few stiff necks, but we were too busy having fun!

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Waterfront House, stunning location with Hot Tub

JoeRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!
A spacious dining area is highlighted by a wooden table surrounded by sturdy chairs. A floral-patterned sofa adds comfort to the room, complemented by a standing lamp that provides soft lighting. A decorative plant sits on the table, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.
