The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
