Wonderful place, have booked more than once!

Mercy’s place has a very cozy feel. The house feels worn in, in a nice way. You can tell people have lived in it for probably decades. Lots of privacy and beautiful nature engulfing the house. 5min drive to all amenities you could think of. For any music creatives out there, the basement is literally perfect for recording music. If you’re a light sleeper, one thing to note is the house is located next to a more Main Street with frequent cars and buses. The house also had no air conditioning that we were aware of, so for anyone that struggles with heat, it will feel quite warm during hot weather. For us these were merely trivialities; we loved our stay :)

Comfortable place to stay for two people visiting Gatineau and Ottawa. Jean Claude was very friendly and responsive.

Awesome spot with endless activities! Really enjoyed our stay at Scott's rental, took full advantage of the heated pool even with the not-so-great weather in May. Loved all the game options and really appreciated all the décor that makes this place very unique and fun. Would highly recommend to anyone and I definitely plan on staying here again.

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! I was traveling alone for a convention at Lac Leamy and I don't regret my choice. The value for money far exceeds that of the hotel rooms offered at the convention. 5 minutes by car with extra parking.

We had a fabulous stay at Chanelle's. Her home is in a great location in Gatineau, near a huge plaza with a grocery store, theatre, restaurants and shopping. Instructions on how to get in were clear and Chanelle always responded quickly. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and the convenience of getting to Ottawa in 15-20 minutes. Her home is spotless and spacious, with updated furniture and decor, and a very well-stocked kitchen. We loved it!

My family and I loved staying at Susan’s place. We were there for almost a week and we felt right at home. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, the great backyard was the centre for our family gatherings. Looking forward to our upcoming stay in July, you can’t go wrong with this place!

We had a great stay in Monica's space! It was comfortable, cozy, and quiet, and the kitchen and bathrooms especially had a thoughtful selection of items you might need while on a trip. When we needed something during our stay, Monica was proactive and helpful. She's also kind and friendly, and she communicated with us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The home itself is walking distance to the downtown area, and it was great to be able to explore the cute shops on foot. We really felt the hospitality and would stay again!

Two different choice of pillow (thicker or thinner) which was great, bed was comfortable. Slight smell of dog but understandable as it is a dog friendly chalet and the weather was rainy-humid. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Large living room area, great for children. I would recommend this chalet!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place. It fit the five of us comfortably with more than enough space. The neighborhood was quiet but still an easy walk to everything we needed. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer-term stay, it’s an excellent choice. Would absolutely book again!

Kayla's place was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with anything you could ever need! The complimentary water, robes, etc were such a nice welcoming touch, and the backyard/gazebo/hot tub provided a beautiful space to relax and unwind in. Overall we all enjoyed our stay :) The only thing is that we didn't realize that the upstairs and downstairs were separate until we got there, but that's on us for not looking more closely at the listing! It didn't end up being too much of a problem.

We stayed in this place for 7 nights, to attend a conference in Ottawa and to do some sightseeing in Ottawa and in Gatineau Park. The place was easy to find and completely matched the description. Don't get fooled by the (private entrance) door which looks a bit old - everything on the inside seems brand new! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and there was a deck to sit outside and enjoy the (big!) backyard. Transport to Ottawa was straightforward, by bus and train (hardly any waiting time). The Gatineau Park was a 20 min drive, though a little more in rush hour :-). And the hosts were very friendly and helpful! This is a good opportunity to stay in a big city and still experience a very quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay at Chalet Nuna! The chalet is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extra amenities for our baby (baby gates, pack and play, high chair), as well as other thoughtful extras such as thermacells to keep the bugs at bay. The beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the view of the small lake from the cottage made for a very relaxing getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Very good location, close to restaurants on foot. Very clean house. It had everything. Very comfortable. The backyard is very beautiful with the trees and squirrels. Small points: The 2 bedrooms upstairs are perfect. The beds in the downstairs bedroom are perfect for kids. However, the beds are small twins for adults. The house is rustic, but we liked it. Marc was very responsive, and absolutely loved our stay. The place was very clean, and had all the essentials we needed, such as dishes, coffee, washer & dryer, and others. The king size mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, and with having a bad back, I didn’t wake up with any pain. The large dinning room window allowed for a pleasant view of the Cummings Bridge over the Rideau River, and the living room had a very comfortable couch, allowing us to relax after long days of activities. This was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at, and would hope it’s available again if we make it back to Ottawa.

We stayed at this home while I was undergoing cancer treatments. The location was perfect for daily trips to the Cancer Centre, and provided a quiet, comfortable atmosphere with privacy and a nice walking path nearby.
