Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for visits from family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we ensure comfort and quality of reception. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (Airbnb hosts and guests). The listing has a second entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets etc).
