Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Cannaregio, Venice

Natalia is super responsible and welcoming! She asked initiatively if we want to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. The house is big and clean, it's even enough for 10 residence. She even prepares slippers and restaurants suggestions (pretty delicious), which is super considerate and I never met such nice house host like her before. By using the coffee machine she offered, I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups, but she cared about my health first and require no compensation, so sweet! I would strongly recommend this house to every tourist!

Our stay in Noale was fantastic! The apartment is highly recommended if you want to discover cities such as Venice, Padua, Treviso, etc. But the city of Noale is also very nice. The Pizzeria Pulcinella makes the best Neapolitans!!!! Pizzas. Be sure to try it! The Cicchetteria on the main street just in front of the church is also a must. The apartment is located 2 min. from the train station and 7 from the center. It doesn't get any better. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Nicola

Very clean accommodation, taking care of the detail, and very well located, only 20/25 min from the center of Venice. It has services to be able to buy very close and affordable. Undoubtedly to repeat if we return to Venice.

The overnight stay at the Ca 'd 'alice apartment was perfect, they are every point of view. The apartment is in a quiet area and not frequented by tourists/university students. The apartment has a balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the Venice lagoon, inside it was completely clean and equipped with what we had been told. The host was always available and responsive to answer my questions, also recommending activities and places to visit during the vacation.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

This is our second time staying in this charming apartment on the Lido. The location is great, very close to the vaporetto station and many restaurants and cafes, at the same time very quiet. The apartment is perfect for two couples. We love the small garden. We will be happy to come back.

The place was wonderful. Every place is about 2 minutes by car. We felt the neighborhood wasn't very friendly. So, apart from the excursions, we weren't anywhere.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

Our stay at Carla’s place was amazing, beautiful old house with garden, our appartment was super clean and better even than in the pictures, we had everything we needed and Carla was very helpful and very nice to us. One day we took bikes and made a trip to the other side of the Lido and spent time on the beach. Every day we went to Venice, water bus is very close, few stops and you are at San Marco square. Highly recommend and come again for sure.

This is the most elegant airbnb I've ever rented! It's spacious, comfortably furnished, with a large terrace, many windows (with screens) and three AC units for Venetian summers. The location is great: in western Dorsoduro away from the tourist routes, and only a short walk with one bridge from the San Basilio stop. There are several very good restaurants nearby, as well as bars and a CONAD supermarket. The three of us stayed for a week and did a load of laundry while we were there. We felt it was perfect! Francesca was in touch and greeted us when we arrived, to show us around. She was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Olga's apartment.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

Large homely apartment located close to multiple bus stops + friendly hosts

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.
