Apartment vacation rentals in Cannaregio, Venice

This was a great place. It was close to the train and boats but also walkable To everything. It Was removed Enough from the busy area that we could Get away from Crowds for a break but still Close To everything. The apartment was beautifully equipped and decorated. It was better than the photos. We didn’t use the upstairs loft and reading area but soooo cute!!!

Nicola & Silva’s apartment was amazing, even better than the pictures, spotlessly clean, beautiful location, very well appointed, washing machine, Netflix , everything you could possibly need. The lovely big windows open fully to soak in the Venetian atmosphere. It is very safe and secure through three locked doors and a courtyard , on the third floor. A few minutes walk from Stratnova street with restaurant’s, a supermarket and shops, the ferry for the airport and train station dock about 10 mins in opposite directions. We are so glad we stayed in this area rather than the crazy busy area around the Rialto bridge, which is only a 15 minute stroll away through the gorgeous streets. Nicola & Silvia were amazing from the time we booked till the time we left, lovely welcoming hosts. Do yourself a favour and stay here, best Airbnb of our trip, we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Nicola & Silvia for helping to make our Venice experience amazing, we will be back and will send our friends.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area with quick access to the vaporettos. Sylvie was very kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend staying here in Venice

Could not have been better! Rita is a wonderful host, replying promptly to messages and in contact during the stay. She was flexible with check in and check out times. She welcomed us at the apartment with gifts of pasta, sauce, biscuits, fruit, water, Prosecco, slippers and also lots of useful information on the area and city. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, full of homely and artistic things, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and mosquito screens. Rita has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and has provided it and much more too. The location is great, 15 minutes walk with luggage from Ferrovia with no likelihood of getting lost! Vaporetto stops are nearby but also not far from the main walk to the sights. Near an area which is busy at night ( plenty of bars and varied restaurants close by) but the actual location is quiet and early mornings show the area with a completely different local atmosphere. We had a great stay and would happily book again.

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect flat for two people in an amazing location.

I've stayed at many Airbnb's and this one was hands down the most unique and beautiful! I can't recommend it enough. The photos don't do it justice - it's gorgeous. Slightly inconvenient to pay tax on top of the reservation in cash, but can't really complain considering.

Davide’s AirBnB was one of the nicest I have personally stayed at. The description perfectly matched what we stayed in, very clean and walkable to everything. It was very spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. The neighborhood was so nice with a grocery store and pharmacy right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Venice again!

Third stay (of a week) in this pleasantly decorated apartment, ideally located, and especially with a magnificent terrace on the Grand Canal. Very quiet room, very quick connection with Raffaella. We'll be back next year!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It was in the quieter section of Venice near more locals. We found it quite nice coming back here after spending time in the busiest areas each evening.

Martina found us as we were walking to her place and got us settled in very quickly. As Venice is so walkable, we loved being a bit out of the fray. Great options to grocery shop and sit down for an espresso. Air conditioning was a welcome respite at the end of a long days of sightseeing, as was wandering down to the dock with a glass of wine. My daughter and I both felt comfortable from dawn to dusk. Highly recommend!

This is a well located space (maybe all of Venice is walkable) with all that is needed for a really comfortable stay. Reception was great, communications outstanding and my goodness but it was very very clean. Thanks so much.

This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Venice I had a great stay at this charming place! The location is absolutely perfect – just a few minutes' walk from the center, but still quiet enough to relax away from the crowds of tourists. The apartment was clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need – the small design details in the apartment are especially beautiful. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and hidden corners of Venice that we probably wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. Particularly beautiful was the view of a canal. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Venice authentically and comfortably. I'd love to come back!

Francesco is a great host. He greeted us personally and explained everything we needed to know about the house and how to get around. He responded immediately to all our questions and concerns. We had a peaceful, quiet, lovely stay, all the while being a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Venice. It was the perfect choice for us.

We loved Maria’s place. It is exactly like the photos. We enjoyed sitting by the large window watching the gondola’s go by. It was an easy walk to all of the key sights in Venice. We especially appreciated that the hosted facilitated our transfer from the train station. What a great way to start our visit! We highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Very spacious and perfectly placed to go explore Venice

The place was just as advertised. Stefano was very communicative and provided clear instructions. It was super helpful that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

A big thank you to Giorgia for her warm welcome, kindness, attentiveness and great helpfulness! She gave us great tips for discovering good restaurants, nice walks and the must-sees of this wonderful city where we spent three unforgettable days. Her accommodation, located on the ground floor close to all amenities, is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the alleys of Venice, a 99% pedestrian city (no cars, no scooters, and no bikes either!). We highly recommend this listing as well as Giorgia. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy your stay!

Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

An amazing flat in an amazing location! Didn't realize it till we were there but the location just seemed uniquely beautiful - evening for a uniquely beautiful city. Being on the corner of two canals made for interesting people watching - two bridges in view as well. The neighborhood was easily accessible via the San Stae vaporetto stop and Pierantonio's assistant Christine met us and walked us to the flat - communication was easy and the intro and walk up to the neighborhood was a great way to cut our teeth, this being our first visit to Venice. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure in any future visits! Thank you Pierantonio!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
